Stuffed chicken breasts with a salad
Preheat oven to 350°
CHICKEN BREASTS
Boneless skinless chicken breasts slice length ways.
Use the blade of your knife to make little slices in your chicken.
Pepper chicken
Spread cream cheese across the breasts.
Put on shredded cheese
put on parsley.
Roll up and put in greased 9 × 13 baking dish
Cook for 20 minutes.
Add more mozzarella cheese and parsley.
Cook for anothet 10 to 15 minutes until it temps at 165
SALAD
I used 1 tomatoe diced, 1 unpeeled cucumber diced, and 1/2 of a red onion diced. I added lime juice, olive oil, salt, and parsley last 4 ingredients to taste.
