Stuffed Squid / Stuffed Calamari is one the best recipe what you can make with squid.
This is a unique recipe, as I have stuffed the squid with chopped prawns which makes it even more delicious as flavorful.

Ingredients:
Squid - 800gms
Onion - 4 large
Prawns - 1 cup chopped
Squid wings - 1 cup chopped
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli paste - 3-4tbsp
Green Chilli - 2
Indian Garlic cloves - 6
Oil - 2tbsp
Salt - as per taste
Notes:
- Make sure you do not overcook the squid or els you would end up having fry and hard squid.
- Red Chilli paste to be ground with little water, salt and tamarind can be added ( optional )
- You can make this recipe just with chopped squid wings if you do not have prawns.
