Today, I'm sharing the process of cutting and applying my LaVivid Coeus hair system, a thin skin system with a density of 115% and a lifespan of 4 to 6 months. Here’s how it goes:
Trim Natural Hair: My stylist, Myra, trims the sides, leaving about 2 inches at the top for blending.
Prepare Hair System: She measures from my eyebrows to where the system will sit and marks it with a pencil.
Scalp Preparation: Scalp protector spray is applied to help with bonding and reduce itching and redness.
Apply Hair System: Myra cuts the base, attaches blue tape, and applies the system from front to back for precise placement.
Cut and Blend: She trims the system to 2-2.5 inches, blending it with my natural hair for a seamless look.
Style: Using a cool blow dryer and round brush, she adds body and finishes with a light product.
Final Touches: Myra checks for any stray hairs, ensuring the perfect look.
