When I was 10 or 11, my parents told me "Don't eat the seeds of fruits, they'll grow inside you!" and I was absolutely horrified by that thought. I thought a tree was gonna grow in my lungs if I breathed in pollen, and I started crying when I accidentally swallowed an apple seed. Then my parents had to tell me they lied and I wrote the story 'The Boy Who Became a Tree' to vent out whatever the fuck I went through lmao

That's not to say a plant can't grow out of you, I had a great-uncle who somehow got a wheat seed embedded in his ear, and it took root and sprouted. It wasn't very large or very healthy, and didn't survive transplanting, but it was a plant growing out of a person.

VR headsets produces images that makes your eyes focus like it's focusing farther. It's totally different when you focus too closely and for too long on a computer monitor or smart phone. The ciliary muscle will strain by being in a contracted state trying to focus your lens.

I think why people believe sitting too close to the TV is bad for your eyes is because after some time it Starts to strain your eyes more than sitting further away it is similar with reading books without enough light. The eyes will be strained more and therefore you'll get tired faster. And if you don't let your eyes rest enough your sight gets worse.

I wear glasses and I hate it so much, when I accidentally touched it, it become greasy. When just wearing it and doing nothing, dust will get accumulated on it. When there's rain or some water gets into the glasses, it become blurry especially because it combined with the dust and grease. Those things are kinda blocking my view. I also hate contacts.

The eyesite thing takes a decently long time, jaidens short stare bursts will do nothing but if you look at things too close for long periods of times without rest like looking outside and stuff you be one short visioned and the thing is even like 30 min of looking outside every 2hrs can help a lot
