At 1:39 the problem is not the traktor driver but the driver with the camera: he's driving much too fast on such a narrow street with houses left and right. He's a danger and hopefully he learned his lesson before he kills someone.
After watching a dozen "drivers fail compolations" I have the impression that russian drivers are the incompetent in the West . If I had a car in Russia I would install a dashcam to all 4 sides of my car.
