This song in particular was my favorite part of the anime. The line dancing was a nice touch.

Whats extra amazing about this if you've seen the movie is that Sturgill is telling you what he's doing. We were all worried is the animation gonna be nice and stuff. He caught us off guard with that good hook. The part where it goes from action to dancing and the song is telling us to not skip to the end of the book of rationalization. Basically chill out enjoy the music and the story will continue later. My interpretation at least.

I was so high and drunk watching this and when the line dancing started I was in it... this sold me on Sturgis Simpson. Not just this song and scene, but the entire video was an experience.

Many country people rail at the country stereotypes, and then comes along this KY Colonel who is out to break damn near all of the stereotypes (at least artistically), and who is shook the most? Country. You just keep doin' you Sturgell. Everybody will eventually catch up. Or not. Ha ha.

I'll wear out the grooves on this one. A masterpiece.

Sturgill is a fantastically versatile artist....ain't no borders with this dude. Highly underrated, my kind of music!

THIS is what I imagine cyberpunk music sounding like. A confused mishmash of different genre conventions trying to reinvent old music, but creating something entirely new and amazing. None of this generic synth crap, this is exactly what I need in my life.

Highly recommend watching Space Dandy while listening to this. Feels like they were made for each other.

ngl when I was watching the Netflix album/movie, the shift in gears and hard left turn from the tone of Sing Along almost gave me whiplash haha.

Where did this come from?? Who is this guy?? Where can I get more???!!!! I ran straight out and bought this CD and plan on playing it until it burns up my stereo Awesome stuff!
