Damn this is crazy bro. Was that a missinput at 1:55 lol. I love the use of skid nair in this, that was amazing. Also like how you got that true dair on fox 3:41 that was nuts I haven’t even learned how to do that yet!
No the hadoken wasn't a miss input it's something I go for a lot it's one of my basic set ups for a read. I go for hadoken and most players immediately jump after getting hit by it just like I did in the previous clip against the mii brawler that's how I knew to go for backair. A lot of my combos are from hard reads and I've made a use out of blue hadoken because of it. Also the Fox 0 to death I've learned it as soon as I saw it on Twitter yeah it's very tight timing but trust me I know you'll be able to pull it off eventually homie. Thanks

Hey I know this video is pretty old but I was wondering if you could help me because whenever I dair someone offstage I accidentally do true tatsu and sd off the map. You have alot of time on ryu i was wondering if this happens to you often and how do you avoid it? (Honestly wish you could toggle some true inputs on/off)
If you press down b right after you down air And the down air hits Ryu will always do focus attack instead of side b If that's too hard then press b after down air and he'll do hadoken
I pretend my button is made out of lava and if I press it too long it'll burn me Having that in your mind will make you start tapping buttons quicker and get used to doing light and heavy attacks
bro. i´m just asking, in the 3:43 did you just pull down the stick to get down faster and then up tilt with the Cstick?? i use Cstick for smashes but i want to try Cstick for tilts
Depends on which you're better at using I'd recommend tilts since it's way easier to get smash attacks and Ryu mainly kills from tilts Also you can run up or stand still with tilts much easier if you have tilt stick
OF COURSE I AM I'VE SEEN HIM AND HE'S BROKEN BRO he can combo after doing tatsumaki, has smash 4 neutral air and shoryuken, can throw out 3 hadokens at once and he's Captain falcon speed
@@dkbroman His inputs are actually really tricky to do timing is strict, but everything else you stated is mostly true Short hop up air hits standing opponents, up throw is a combo throw, and back throw kills.
Damn it really shows, one last thing what button(s) do you jump with? Just curious cause I kinda want a idea of what controls would help me get good with the shodos
@@dkbroman IMO it's part of Ryu's tech from SF franchise, I was searching a few weeks the Kara Cancel in a SFV video and it's definetly a tech. Maybe it's true since SF is a combo game with cancels. Lets see what happens because it's interesting
