so insane to think that there are no more than 13 of these. Sometimes I wish Russia didn't go down the path it did, perhaps then it could afford more of these
It is worth mentioning that, as of several months ago, all SU-57s have been grounded due to lacking spare parts, and poor live-fire combat performance. Compared to other assets in the Russian air arm, the SU-57 is very much a non-threat asset.
@@Corzal It has been confirmed that 6/11 SU-57s have been grounded due to lacking parts. This is OUTDATED intel by several months. I’ve not heard anything else about them coming out of Russia. I take this to mean they have been unofficially decommissioned.
@@flare9757 Its been confirmed they've grounded 6/11 Su-57s, even though they've had way more than 11 for well over a year to a year and a half. Sukhoi have also continued to produce the aircraft. And it was used in Ukrainian airspace not so long ago. So no, it hasn't been "unofficially decommissioned" and the source that stated that they've been grounded was probably complete bullshit.
@Corzal personally, I don't have much respect for Ukraine for what they've done to the legacy of USSR, who our country owed a lot. Ukraine also had some horrific incident regarding Vietnamese community there. At the same time, the attack on Ukraine by Russia isn't what we support either. As Ukraine is still a country with sovereignty that the world acknowledged. Hopefully, it could end without more significant losses occurring to both country. Covid already tore us down.
@@duyphan4617 I dont really care about Ukraine too much either, but Russia is a risk to everyone in Europe, and they're allied to someone who attacked you China, although they failed
@@Corzal yes. Though Russia is always trusted by we Vietnamese. Also, as much as how big of South China Sea problem is, Vietnam & China have some amount of mutual respect.
@@Tamomsivr i don't think you can be saying that with the literal flying replica of an elephant you have in your pfp, paint scheme, size, and everything not to mention the su-57 has only a 2 feet wider wingspan than the f-22 raptor, which it is often compared to
another thing to mention is that the a-10 has a 12 feet wider wingspan than the su-57 but that is barely relevant since the a-10 is a shitty attack aircraft
Before “roasting” the SU-57, (excluding American military) have u ever seen ur military first? Like you airforce and navy has 4th gen jets. At least Russia developed a 5th gen stealth fighter unlike ur military lol. So stop “roasting” the SU-57 and just look at ur own country’s mil 😂
Fucking, yes, now we're talking real shit! No, neither the F22 nor the Su57 are worth the money, it's conveniently surprising that russia has 13 or something of them (the amount of F22's is still explained by the bunget of usa's weaponry production being half of that of the whole russias GDP)
And then you relaise that it basically has no stealth (0.1 RCS). For comparison the American f35 has the rcs of 0.0002, making it 500 times more stealthier. Also f15 edit when? it has a K/D ratio of 106/0. You already did one for the su27 which is a worse copy of the f15 with a K/D ratio of 6/0.
@@omegahehe1165 1. the MQ-9 Reaper’s RCS is not public info because it’s not meant to be stealth 2. The F-22 is stealth, and is wayyyy stealthier than anything else in the world 3. This isn’t about the F-22 or MQ-9 4. You mean the time that the Russian missiles didn’t work so that’s all they could do?
@@Corzal the su57 is not terrible It's just lacks in numbers I surely doesn't have rcs comparable to f22 but still smaller for late deduction You can also fly lower for late deduction
@@Corzal I mean it’s a good looking plane but when people say it’s got a smaller take off speed then the F-35, as well as saying it’s a 5 gen with stealth capabilities when it doesn’t you start to develop a hatred for the plane and the people who think it’s the new king of the sky.
im gonna pull a mgs here rq: the su 57 is russia's so called "stealth" fighter, but yet its the size of a city block. Oh i got a good one! the 57 in su 57 stands for the size in meters this plane is! (no hate just pulling a missile guidance system)
don't know why the Su-57 gets a lot of hate but yk.... it looks cool and probably will perform good if the pilots get proper training and the plane just don't use shit materials.Overall 7/10
It has the radar signature of an FA-18 and is specialized for an obsolete fighting method, it's all round a bad plane and the pilots get bad training so :/
