Cooking Tip
- Mince fried tofu clumps together when you fry. After taking it out, pat it down with a spoon.
- Soy sauce for frying rice can be salty depending on the amount of rice. After stir-frying the rice, taste it and add rice if it is salty.
- When stir-frying coarse fried tofu in soy sauce, if you stir-fry it for too long, the crispy texture of the fried tofu decreases. Fry it quickly as if you're applying seasoning on the outside.
Ingredients(Meals for 2~3)
- two bowls of rice, 2 laver seaweed, 50g unseasoned fried tofu, 50g beef(1t soy sauce, a pinch of sugar, some pepper), 2 eggs, a pinch of salt, 2 rows of pickled radish, 2 rows of burdock root, 2 rows of ham, 2 razor clam flesh, leek a little, 1/3 carrot,
- Soy sauce for rice : (1T soy sauce, 1/2t sugar, 1t vinegar, 1t sesame oil)
