54 kg is still a very low weight for the normal healthy woman. Count in your height compared to hers. There's a very good chance that she's smaller than you. Take in count your body type and where you're from. You'll often see that Europeans and Americans are bigger than Asians. That's just how it is. So what looks skinny and so beautiful on her, might be super harmful for your health. It's not about the scale and numbers. It's about feeling good about yourself and being healthy!

You can still convince yourself that you are happy when you are underweight or even anorexic. Being physically and mentally healthy must the the most important thing. Rarad 6 kg isn’t that much lol. My weight has a 1 kg difference pre and post meal. It’s just people from America where obesity is normal, are so used to seeing fat people around, now they think that’s normal and healthy and the rest of the world that’s maintaining the same weight for centuries seems underweight to them.

@@WeiYinChan well I'm just mention how asians tend to be the overachievers and Koreans have a specific amount of weight they want to reach (45 kg)even when people are biologically different. Versus Americans can be too chill about things like diet, nobody really tries to maintain their weight or count calories, some eat organic but sugar is hidden in so many more foods nowadays.

@@WeiYinChan it also depends on the height. If u are 190cm tall and you only have 45kg then u will die soon I promise. I'm 175 and with 45 or less I would look like a skeleton.

Honestly I want to do an extreme glow up after quarantine and snatch everyone’s wig after, but it’s harder than I thought. I’ve lost 2-4 kg now, but it keeps moving back and forth. Wish me luck, hopefully I will look hot as f*ck when we get out 😅

"How tall am I?" "What's my muscle mass index?" "Do I really need to lose weight?" Please ask yourself these things before you go on drastic diet. Also, please see a specialist. This goes for everyone. Don't just go on a diet because "skinny" is the new trend. "Healthy" has always trended.

Yes, a BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight. I wholeheartedly recommend you see a dietician to ensure you're eating properly. Also, please take up a sport or hit the gym. Anyway, don't just google a solution to your weight issues. Please see a specialist.

It’s actually important to note that while the overweight BMI for East Asians is lower (we’re at a higher risk of diabetes, stroke, and heart disease at a lower BMI), the underweight BMI is still the same. You should aim to be toned.

달규Dargyu 그쵸ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 저도 매번 실패했었는데 욕심없이 위줄이면서 먹고싶은 음식은 폭식하지 않을정도로만 적당히 먹고 다른 저염식단백질채소랑 함께 먹는 방법이 제일 무리없이 빠지는것 같아요!! 유지할 때도 무리없이 할 수있는 방법이에요👍😳

I think this is the first video by a Korean girl I've watched that's not encouraging people to take suplements and go on crazy diets and instead just focus on being healthy and not skipping meals. Kudos for that! ❤️

I love how her video wasnt just saying ,,Just eat less and you’ll get skinnier” But it was ,,do it for your health AND THEN for being skinnier” ,,do it slowly, dont rush” and she explains why certain things happen while loosing waight. @@lillyan27 some time before your actual meal, eat an appetiser, something healthy low sodium high fiber to fill you up and then later eat what you like but you won't be able to eat as much and your stomach won't absorb too much fat from it because you're already half food of healthy stuff. Don't exercise too much if exercise makes you hungry. Don't stress about weight fluctuations on daily basis. That's about what I got from it.

간헐적단식과 운동으로 6개월동안 53.6에서 43.8까지 감량! 한번도 배고프지않았고 인스탄트식품 끊고 단백질식품을 늘리고 그렇다고 닭가슴살, 프로틴제품은 먹은적 없고 생선, 고기, 달걀, 병아리콩, 두부 많이 먹고 샐러드도 배터지게 먹고 하면서 18:6으로 지속하다 이제는 유지어터입니다. 계단오르기운동으로 허벅지근육 키웠구요. 허리통증도 사라졌구요. 요즘은 만보걷기도 하는데 전 운동하면 오히려 배가 더 안고픕니다. 단것도 더 안당기구요. 하루 한시간에서 한시간반 운동합니다. 제나이 58세인데도 절대 빼기 힘들다는 갱년기에 늘은 6키로도 다 빼고 현재 20대때 체중입니다. 음식을 영양가있게 잘 챙겨먹으면 절대 허기안집니다. 하루3끼 먹을때도 허기를 느꼈는데 그 허기없이 감량했어요. 달걀2개는 꼭 먹습니다.

조언을 구합니다^^ 식단을 구체적으로 알려주심 안될까요?^^ 전 55세인데 세끼를 꼬박 먹으면 살이 찌는 체질이라 평생을 불규칙적인 식사를 했는데요..두달전부터 간헐적단식인 16:8로 시작하다 2키로 빠지고 정체기가 계속되어 지금은 20:4로 하루 한끼 탄수화물은 금하고 단백질위주의 식사를 하고 있답니다. 그런데도 몸무게는 62에서 60으로 꿈쩍도 안하니 속이 상합니다ㅜ 운동은 젬병이라 숨쉬기만....다들 운동없이도 잘들 빠지던데 무엇이 문제일까요ㅜ 1.하루 세끼 드시나요? 2. 식단을 구체적으로 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다^^

그레이스 제가 알기론 너무 소량의 식사는 신진대사가 저하되어 오히려 감량을 중단하게 된다고 합니다. 그리고 어느정도의 탄수섭취는 중요하므로 무탄수, 아주소량의탄수도 주의하시는 게 좋을 것 같아요. 한끼를 드신다고 하니 탄단지 제대로 영양보충 해주심이 좋겠어요~ 나중엔 식단비틀기 꼭 해주시구요~

@@그레이스-n8c 안녕하세요! 이런 말이 도움이 될지는 모르겠지만 탄수화물을 조금은 드셔주셔야 해요. 물론 단백질도 좋지만 우리 몸은 탄수화물을 꼭 필요로 하기 때문에 적어도 바나나, 감자, 아니면 현미밥을 조금이라도 드시길 추천합니다! 저는 학생이고 다이어트에 대해서 잘은 모르지만 저도 지금 다이어트를 하고 있고 너무 많이 먹지만 않으면 괜찮은것 같아요! 그럼 힘내세요, 화이팅!!!

Meal Plan: Eat appetiser a few hours before meal (Eg veggies, eggs, avocado and chicken breast - low sodium foods) For the meal you can eat whatever you want in moderation Drink a lot of water, at least 2L a day (Someone correct me if I made a mistake somewhere)

Adding to this: But do not over drink water as it tends to stay in our body if not properly umm released for example in sweat (that's why you also need to exercise). And also we tend to be added in weight during evening time because water might not be excreted through sweating and that water will retain to the body adding more weight to our actual weight if that makes sense. Okay I'm no expert, just learned that from school ehe. Ciao! And also yeah lower sodium intake because where sodium is, water follows.

I liked her tips and the fact that she didn't go extreme and so hard on herself ! She was beautiful at 54 kg and still beautiful at 46 , and just like she said, i like being healthy first too, my weight usually goes from 45 to 48kg and back during the year but i feel totally happy and comfortable in my skin 😊 so i want to tell the girls out there that there isn't a perfect number for you ! Just stay healthy and embrace your body when u gain a little bit, you can just work on it slowly..& don't forget ! we're all beautiful ❤

This is what I needed I’m stuck in 54 kg :( I’ll be updating my progress :) UPDATE: 08/02/19 I started the diet on July 30 Now I lost almost 1 kg From 55.1 kg it became 54.2 kg I didn’t eat rice except for today but it’s only half rice and instead of meat I only ate stir fried veggies (squash, beans, carrots etc.) 08/04/19 I lost 0.4 kg I’m now 53.8 kg I also started exercising but just the beginners level (crunches, jogging, 30 sec. plank, bicycle etc.) did it for 10 rep x 3 sets

1) It's "You're," and 2) How is it unhealthy? What is unhealthy is that people encourage the consumption of dietary drugs and restricting diets. She was talking about gradually changing your diet, so you don't suffer from the "Yo-Yo Effect," because that can hurt your body image/weight a ton! She was giving healthy tips and tricks on how to lose weight quickly, without harming your body.

160cm is not small and 45kg is underweight for that height, it doesnt matter what your weight is compared to others if it doesnt suit you, dont do anything unnecessary just for the number on the scale

님은 기초대샤랑이 높아서 그렇게 드셔도 6kg나 빠지실 수 있었던거같아요. 전 4달짼데 4kg.. ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 40대로 들어가기 너무 힘들어요. 위를 줄여도 안빠지는건 기초대사량이 낮다는 증거에요. ㅠㅠ

[ 식단 ] - 먹고싶은걸 먹으면서 다이어트 - 본식사 1시간전 애피타이저 먹기 (본식사 7 / 애피타이저 3) - 애피타이저를 먹으면 속이 채워져서 본식사를 적게먹게됨 - 물은 2리터 이상 - 위를 줄인다&늘리지 않는다고 생각하고 다이어트 [ 주의할 점 ] 폭식후 다이어트 망했다라는 생각말고 다음날에 공복에 물 많이 마시고 본식사도 조금 줄이기 [ 밖에서 먹을때 ] 돈이 아깝단 생각하지말고 밖에 나가도 조금 먹기 ((제가 볼려고 적은거에요..))

@@killua-un7vn I lost 10kg in a couple months replacing a meal with a slim fast shake, I lost 15kg in a month when I got a second job cause I wasn't eating or sleeping, sometimes I would have one of those shakes cause I felt nauseous a lot back then, so wouldn't recommend it. But the rest I lost these past two months. I eat like two meals a day, barely any junk food, mostly veggies, I try to keep my sugars low so I'll have diet soda sometimes and tea sweetened with splenda instead of sugar. I eat sushi at least once a week too that's the only time I eat any rice (grains or whatever, lol)

Some people thinks not eating much and exercise more would be good for diet. NO! Eating is the most important and even if you skipped breakfast, you will gain weight. So, just be strict with your food but you can still eat what you want. I agree with this video 👍

Ironically, I've also started 'educating' myself when I eat. Over a month ago I stopped eating bread , I felt like I had too much and eating a bit too much of everything. I weighted about 64 kg, and I'm 170 cm tall for the reference. But I wanted to get to 58 kg. After 1 month, I've lost 3-4 kg, by doing what? going on shopping by foot and thinking if I'm really hungry before I eat something. I was never limiting myself on eating , I just tried to not eat a lot after 5-6 pm , or to eat large sizes, and I was never hungry in this ''journey'' No, I did not get saggy skin, and I do start seeing a difference in my legs, but now I want to work even more on my belly, therefore starting yoga.
