For JYP idols, they have to wait 3 years after their debut before they can date since Jihyo has went out with kang daniel and we all know about momo with heechul.

Say "thank you" to the stupid Blue Box. All Soyeon successful solo projects have been with others = Riot (K/DA / True Damage) & SM (a lot of collaboration). It is thanks to them that she has the greatest (with a large separation from others) [GP] General popularity. She has the largest following on music sites (Spotify, etc.) For example, Yuqi is popular (90% +) only thanks to China (her relatives). Cube gave her ZERO in her solo career / popularity. Afterwards [K/DA(2018)], they did not develop Miyeon & Soyeon solo / duet success... and gave them solo ones very late (2021-22)... All their social networks (X, Instagram, RU-vid...) are practically empty... Her content isn't there. She's like Cinderella, who works hard for her evil sisters = Neverland (always fewer likes and views from them... + hate (90% + her haters are Shuhua, Miyeon & Yuqi solo stans...) and evil stepmother = Cube. She gives the most and gets the least... A lot of her fans (me too) have gotten tired of putting up with this since 2016.

I am also frustrated that Neverland does not seem to support Soyeon as much as the other members. Even photos released from the same photoshoot other members will often get more likes. I know everyone has a bias but it is not difficult to like and support all members. Especially the leader and one who contributed so heavily creatively to the group. I do think part of it is a problem of underestimating the work that goes on behind the scenes, people tend to focus on the end product and pretty faces (the same happens with film/tv.) I find the behind the scenes of (G)I-DLE very interesting, when they show the in booth recording, dance practices, decision making etc I enjoy learning more and find more appreciation and respect. I would also like to learn more about the set designs, make up/hair, choreography, fashion/wardrobe etc too but that is usually more hidden and not praised as much, so I am not surprised that Soyeon's writing lyrics, producing etc gets underappreciated too.
