I bought a 2023 Forester 2 weeks ago and was very surprised that I had this on my car. I didn't know that it was there until I opened my car door the next morning after buying the car. I think it's cool.
This option is on the Outback Touring XT I am picking up on Friday. I really wish it was just the Subaru logo rather than specific to the Outback. Looked much cooler.
My 23 unexpectedly came with it. It's REALLY bright at night. I would not order/pay for it after having it. It's kind of unwanted attention. I was curious if the blue color was in all of them or if it was blue because my exterior color was blue. Kind of cool to knows now.
Projector light, not protecter. Allows you to see any possible slips, trips or falls before putting your feet on the ground, snow, ice, mud, pothole...etc
I'll take a Subaru outback for 20 grand brand new that would be the price before all of the stupid electronics. It is just getting to the point where it's ridiculous. Most Americans can't afford a new car at this rate.
Haha don't be ridiculous. You can't get ANY decent vehicle for $20k, let alone a vehicle as capable as the Outback. Fact is, the Outback is one of the best values in its segment, IF you stick with a lower trim. Get real!
Last night’s NCIS Hawaii had the blue Crosstrek Sport in a scene again. It was parked on the tarmac of an airport and was show from a couple of view points.
@@dlg5485I believe it’s more complicated than that. What cars are the dealers putting on the lot? Like the new WRX. To get all the bells and whistles it only comes on the Limited that only has the CVT. 🤮 Subaru isn’t the only manufacturer that does that of course. Then in contrast manuals are plentiful in Europe.
@@01hafkee Sure, CVTs are being pushed because they're more efficient, but at the end of the day, manufacturers want to make money by selling cars, and if tons of people were buying manuals, they'd still be offering them.
