Subaru Forester S Turbo Review. 

I almost forgot about these, but now you’ve reminded me don’t they look like value for money motoring today.. performance space and practicality, just a shame about the fuel economy, but you can’t have everything!

I also agree these in traffiic are terrible. Stopping starting with these manuals mine had a heavy clutch too which in the end was the reason i did i deal on it with an X5 3.0i petrol. And the X5 was loads quicker and nicer to drive than the scooby

Ive had one of these a 2000 reg Red Forester Turbo S in manual aswell i only paid £1000 for it on 2020. But i had to spend another £1000 to get it back on the road though. Wonderful motors! Make a lovely sound! Mine was manual too, they are rare and the synchromesh in the gearbox usually is terrible due chavs dont know how to drive them... Wish i never sold mine

I have the same car auto with a ninja exhaust and it sounds great, love the car too bits, put gold wheels 🛞 and a OEM rear spoiler on it and it looks so much better.

I have a 05, non turbo manual with a low range box. Fantastic car, love it. Obviously not as quick as the turbo's but my lifestyle demands the ability to go through places without roads, so the low range comes in very handy. Sincerely hope you enjoy your new car.

I’ve just got a 2001 s turbo with 240k kms for 1000€, as a previous owner of 2006 impreza STI , 2018 forester, right after this vid, i just cannot wait to go for a drive when it arrives :)

This has definitely got some Q car qualities, as I'm sure most people woule look at it and think it's a slow, old man's vehicle but those hare coarsers know these are great over muddy fields 😉 this is definitely the thinking man's Impreza 🫡 really enioyed your walkaround of this fine specimen 👌🏻

Bought my s turbo for 700 euro 9 years ago ,at 170.000 miles she never let me down ,fuel economy is not great but it's cheaper to run than financed new car,and yes all s turbos came with LSD ,sure best way to check is jack the car up and spin the rear wheels,one thing I can't understand is mine came with red spark plug leads while yours are black

Beautiful car, wish we had these where I live. Some are starting to import the jdm forester s/tb but so far I’ve only seen one in Hawaii and it’s selling for $9K USD at the moment. Hoping I can own it one day if the price is right.
