No salary hikes from 4 years no incentives to employees no pf no insurances to employees .they only think for own profits . Not any benifits to employees. Already in sageetha anniversary they opend store at 8.30 2 months with no weekoff and they not given single ruppe extra to employee

At starting they thing good about there workers but present workers are facing issues . Subhash sir is very good person but some higher post employess dont think abour workers.
Amazon in US is doing good in India its a tough market for them in US they completly automated there warehouses firing 100's of Gig workers they have automated physical stores, supermarkets

In Amazon also we have damange & theft protection but most of them don't opt for it since mobiles are no longer a emotion its a planned obsolescence by the brands itself to make people buy more and more people today change mobiles every 2 years so these protections won't work in the market as he told if one person buys these protection plans also its a huge magin for retailers so they just sell people today buy mobiles because of not durability they buy for better hardware and software experience upgradation after two years due to more and more bigger apps the RAM would not be sufficient so mobiles becomes slower and gets heat so they buy
First they should give some respect to their employees, like asm sales head they all r very bad, scolding bad words to store manager, if manager complained to hr r higher officers they r not responding, very bad , first take some action and then u can celebrate.
