Indian Football Legend Subimal Goswami Passed away on 30 april 2020. Subimal was famous by his nickname Chuni. Chuni Goswami or simply Chuni Da was the captain of Indian Football Team which won the football gold medal in 1962 Jakarta Asian Game. Chuni was the first Mega star of Indian football. In his prime days he was very famous. India's 2nd President Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was his big fan, he always found ways to Watch him in Durand cup games. A Mohun bagan legend Chuni da was a Decent Cricket all rounder too. He too 8 wickets in a Practice match against mighty West Indies. Playing under legendary Gary Sobers, West Indies lost that match by an innings, it was the only loss of Windies on that India tour.
