Paper Jams and Roller Marks or "Pizza Wheeling" are at the top of the list when it comes to irritating problems when sublimating. But to be fair, it happens to everyone at some point. This video should help guide you through the steps of clearing little pieces of paper from your rollers and it also will be the same setting used to clean ink from rollers.
Also discuss why I don't use cleaning sheets...but that's just me.

OMG THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!!! Was able to fix my issue!!! For some reason ink kept coming out and folding the right corner of my paper! Working late at night and was about to cry that I couldn’t call support 😭😂 You’re a life saver!!🥰🤗

My printer is an old wf 3620. It just started grabbing and bending and tearing my paper. Thought it was wrong settings. Ink on every page of my design. Head cleaning and nozzle cleaning did not work.This video is perfect!!!!! Thank you. Saved me from buying another printer.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, head cleanings are a last resort in my opinion. It wastes so much ink and fills the waste tank too soon.

So glad I found your channel. My printer is catching the paper in what looks to be the center of the page. We’ve tried everything and it just feeds about 1/3 of the way and then appears to jam. Can you help, please??? I hate to have to buy another printer when this one has been fine, and is full of ink. Thank you!!!

IU am going to try this as I started having ink blots and pizza wheels and even epson doesnt recomend the head cleaning feature... soo this ohh lord hope it works

I did the clean cleaning and no ink residue lol … so I’m going to try the speed thing for these pizza rolls. They only come out when I use dtf film not sure why

Pizza wheels when using dtf film, however when I use the asub paper it doesn’t show pizza wheels

For the most part, if they are black pizza wheels, then you should start with cleaning your rollers and wheels. If they are white, it's usually too much ink being layed down. Get a higher gram paper or try turning off high quality print.

I have a epson 2760 and my printer just started smudging every print..looks like roller scratches..Do I do this as well.

It won't hurt to try. If it just started you might have an ink build up on the rollers or guide. But try printing something on thin copy paper and see if the same thing happens.

I didn't see any mention of how to get rid of the Pizza wheeling. I am having such a problem with my 2720. It is almost as if the wheels are perforating my paper. I can feel it on the back of the paper and it is transferring the little black dots onto other areas of the print. Is there any way to fix that?

First, I would try a lighter gram weight paper (or sheet of copy paper) to see if the pizza wheels are eliminated. If so, I'd go down in gram weight for your sub paper.

Same problem here. It happened after i refilled my sublimation ink. I cleaned rollers but no change.

Go into your preferences and maintenance then change it to thick paper worked for me

Thank you for this! My 2720 has jammed 7 times while I was trying to print the last page of my design this morning, and I remembered that you had made a video about this issue. The paper is still fine (not wrinkled), and it doesn’t matter to the design if I print over what has already printed on it since I’m doing the faux tie-dye look with a tie-dye pattern. I’m going to run the finished prints through a paper crimper before I press them just to see what effect that will give anyway. I just hope the printer will still accept the “used” paper so it isn’t wasted. If not, I guess I can cut it down to half sheets to use for small designs. Question - Should I have the automatic software update enabled? I’ve heard some warn against installing the Epson updates, but YOU are my go-to ET2720 guru. I need your thoughts on this before I do anything. LOL

That will probably end up looking great! I don't auto update, but I usually end up manually allowing the updates at some point.

@@QuickSPI It turned out SO cool! I used the wavy crimper, and it left a slight wavy pattern on the shirt. I never could get the sublimation paper to go through my printer, but plain paper printed just fine. I’m wondering if the difference in humidity from my studio, which has a dehumidifier, to my bedroom caused just enough moisture to get into the sublimation paper to make it act up in the printer. It’s extremely humid right now here in east Texas, and it’s hard to keep anything dry. I’ve been busy and haven’t had a chance to mess with it again.

My printer won’t even load the paper now so I can run the cleaning. It seems to grab it slightly on the right corner and then pulls in crooked and then jams it. Either that or it doesn’t load at all and then says paper jam. Any advice??

i am having so many issues its pizza marks and keeps jamming the paper not even grabbing it i changed all the setting per previous videos .. any idea how to fix its stressing me out lol

@@QuickSPI i did try it works with regular paper the sub paper just keeps jamming tearing and I even went bought some other type same thing I’m so stressed out lol

@@Uniquekreation32 was that problem ever resolved and if so how? I'm having the same issue. I've gone through 10 sheets of sublimation paper, it also eats my copy paper on occasion... it's frustrating.

I changed to A Sub paper, problem solved, had been using Better Sub, it definitely was not! Actually it is a narrower paper and I believe that was the issue.

I am having the issue of the paper being fed partially then it gets stuck and I get paper jam error code 000031. Very frustrating. I’ve tried everything and since I converted it to a sublimation printer it voided the warranty. Any ideas.
