When i go to the create new coupon for subscribe and save not one of my many asins are eligible, and i see other people in my category are eligible for subscribe and save.
Hi Steve, just sharing my experience with the ones that sell products that can be reordered maybe 4 or 6 months after 1st order, I've noticed that many customers tend to cancel their orders when Amazon tries to ship their second order, which is usually 30 or 60 days after the first one. This seems to be a downside as many customers take advantage of the Subscribe and Save discount only to get a better price on their first order. I believe this is more common in our line of products that are consumed twice a year. So if Amazon would give up to 6 months window for our kind of products I guess the problem would be solved. I have a new product that's just been added to Subscribe & Save. What I'm wondering is; roughly what percentage of orders coming in as subs and save actually continue to purchase this product regularly? Or do most just take the 5-10% discount and then cancel?
