Ingredients:
500 g chicken liver (sliced into two)
1 large brown onion (ring sliced)
3 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. sugar (brown)
1/2 squeeze lemon juice
Cooking Procedures:
1. Slice chicken livers into halves and remove the green parts. Dry with paper towel, add salt and mix gently then set aside.
2. Peel the onion and slice into rings . Set aside.
3. Heat the pan on medium heat and pour in the oil. Add onions and stir for 8-10 minutes in medium low heat until golden brown and caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. On the same pan, add chicken livers then fry side by side for 3 minutes or until brown.
5. Add soy sauce, black pepper, sugar and lemon juice stir for 2-3 minutes or until the chicken liver is fully coated with sauce.
6. Turn off the stove, transfer to a serving plate and top them with onions.
7. Serve hot and enjoy.
Note: you can add red chili if you want a spicy taste.
