IMPORTANT you need a grommet so your cable doesn't rip because it can short out.

Nice and clean! When I did this mod I placed the amp under the passenger seat so it could be inside and the A/C could keep it cool!

Man I dont want to drill the firewall and that grommet is super deep😅. Took me like 2 hours and i just gave up

Mi humilde opinión deberías haberlo puesto debajo del asiento del pasajero se mantiene más fresco con el aire y ya mismo deber mejorar la batería por una de gel quizás óptima o interstate

Glad you got a cea rated amp but on rockford fosgate for that model it says 30 amp fuse which isnt included but your package that came with 80amp fuse is to much

I would keep the 8 guage power wire for the boss speaker amp and the 4 guage for the bass amp 👍🏻

The power cable you passed thru the fire wall in the front you need to add a Grommet if you don’t add one it’s going to rub thru the cable and cause a short in you whole vehicle just applying silicone isn’t going to protect your vehicle

Just an advise bro. I did what u done there and pls never do that again. If the red wire dont have rubber grommet it will crack and burn ur car. Im telling u from my experience

@@letc13h it taps into the rear speaker wire. Then takes the 12v from the stereo and turns it into rcas so you can connect a 2 or 4 channel amp to the high output and a sub amp to the low output. It removes the issue of losing bass at high volumes when running aftermarket speakers. You may even notice is no when the volume is >60% the bass seems to cut out.

Hide the sub woofer? Da faq? I had one before but quickly hated it. Take up too much room and increase fuel consumption. I want it build in to my car, hide it completely
