I share my thoughts on Saxenda 6 months after I started. I lost 25 lbs in 4 months and have been able to maintain that and lose a little bit more. I am so grateful for Saxenda and the help it gave me in my weight loss journey.
Keep working hard. It can be difficult. But do not give in work harder push harder. Be mentally strong. Dont make excuses, push yourself. Your never too busy to make time for things that are most important
