There are multiple drug labs in the Mojave that make chems, surely estradiol can be made if not sourcable by the Legion. Plus, the Followers of the Apocalypse would probably either have some of their own (since estradiol is a common medicine) or at least know how to synthesize it (though they might not be willing to help a military dictator)
@@Zelkata Nothing, a lot of trans people relate to Scott's lack of desire and purpose before meeting Ramona, as it's the way they felt before realising they could transition. But it's also pretty clear that's not the only or even biggest thing wrong with Scott, so she'd still be a piece of shit after transitioning and also filled with even more unearned confidence.
