The point is that no all CEOs can run all companies well. She is an excellent CEO...but she just cannot run Logan's company. It doesn't fit her character...and in the end she paid the price for it. It was excellent acting.

After seeing this scene again, I realized that Matsson operated the same way that Logan did. Reha Jarrell, beginning at 2:12, tells Logan about himself and why he is trying to make himself too big to be taken over. Matsson likes to work fast too, which he is why he insisted that the Roys come to Norway as soon as possible to keep Logan's deal alive and why Roys began Living Plus (too make the company to big to be acquired, a continual parts shop).

Lady Liberty quit and deny Logan Roy´s power at the end of season 2.. Like Logan´s Brother, Rhea points what will be the downfall of logan, in the form of karma, his lack of morals.
@ThatOneAsianBroChick I know the story of Oedipus from high school literature. The company was beginning to fail as of season 1 episode 1, long before Kendall was actively involved. Even up to the last episode of season 2, Logan hasn't proved to be fit enough to run the company. Maybe Rhea is showing her lack of knowledge of the whole story of Oedipus, proving her ignorance to the whole story.
Unpopular opinion but I thought Holly Hunter (who is a fine actor) was terribly miscast in this role. I just didn't quite.... Believe her portrayal and the entire character.
