📌 Instructions
1. Prepare the seasoning:
- Mix salt, paprika, dried onion, rosemary, thyme, pepper, and dried garlic.
2. Prepare the pork:
- Rub the pork with olive oil.
- Season the pork generously with the prepared seasoning mix.
3. Make the sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Mix well, then add crushed garlic cloves and stir.
4. Sear the pork:
- Heat olive oil in a pan until hot.
