ये भाई कैमरा जीवी हैं ,,,,,,सबसे ज्यादा काम का बोझ हैं drs पर ,govt post निकालती नहीं है ,और टीचिंग फैकल्टी के dr time par aate नही और ट्रेनिग dr 24 से 36 घंटे लगातार काम करते हैं ,,,और इसलिए हर रोज drs सुसाइड कर रहे हैं ,,, ये ब्यूरोक्रेट्स सबसे भ्रष्ट कौम है ,,,इनकी सैलरी एक लाख से 3 या चार लाख होती है ,फिर भी ये इतने अमीर कैसे हो जाते है ,हर तहसील और पटवारी से इनके पास हफ्ता पहुंचता है हर महीने ,,, hospital इनकी जी हजूरी नहीं करते ,,हर तहसील में आप बिना पैसे काम करके दिखा दो , कलेक्ट्रेट ऑफिस में डीएम से सीधा मिल कर दिखा दो ,,,,,,इन कैमरा जीवी महोदय को सीएम ने ऑन कैमरा डांटा था ,,तब इनको पता लगा होगा कि सोशल मीडिया पर किसी की बेइजती करना कितना बुरा लगता हैं ,,,,,काम कम दिखावा ज्यादा ,ये इनका प्लान बी होता हैं ,इसकी आड़ में ये अपनी छवि चमका कर रखते हैं और साइड में मोटा माल बनाते जाते हैं

इस प्रकार का inspection DM द्वारा भारत के हर जिले के अस्पताल में होना चाहिए, क्योंकि भारत के लगभग सभी अस्पताल के डॉक्टर अपना निजी clinic में लगे रहते हैं, और सरकारी hospital में सही से ईलाज नहीं करते हैं।

M a big fan of u sir... actually you are doing the right things this types of inspection is necessary because there are so many hospitals there doctors are not present they are busy on there own private hospitals..

@@govindsoni5551this doctor who is specialist have power to resign at any time , and start his own clinic anywhere , as well can work for corporate hospitals( where no DM can interfere as they have strong political and economic influence) with package of (3.5-5 lakh per month from the start)...... Whereas IAS can't do anything if out of service with such a smooth ride... Plus really ias don't have much power, they have to take orders from politicians... They can't even enter big corporate hospitals for inspections... Now you decide who has more power????
OTHER IAS OFFICERS IN EACH EVERY DISTRICTS AND STATES IN INDIA SHOULD FOLLOW LIKE MR. DEEPAK RAWAT (IAS). BUT IT IS UNFORTUNATE THAT THIS THINGS NOT HAPPENING.
I have seen this officer inspecting so many small businesses and catching mistakes, shutting them down etc. Why doesn't he go to major corporations like factories and show his power there? Our major hospitals

This topic comes under generalist vs specialist for IAS officer where generalist can not do better than specialist but certain things such as security, maintenance of registers, enough stocks of medicines and proper working of doctors and Machines can still me check by generalists but it would be better if such inspection can be done by specialist as he would be able to check graphs or type of medicine and limitations of provided treatment and availability of required doctors at time.
