You were getting close. The 68 on the right side is in the middle column of the bottom block 9. Therefore in column 9 where you already have a 68 in row 4, row 1 is the only place for the other 6 or 8. And evidently, 68 cannot also be in r1c7 as this would be a UR conflict. This is enough to figure out the make up of the entire upper range of blocks 1 to 3. More difficult than recent iteration of the LA Times. Now, on another issue, I have heard rumours that Liz Truss, better known until yesterday as the "transient", and now as the "ejected", having nothing much to do, is considering sudoku as her pasttime to fill the void, and your channel has been hioghly recommended to her. So be careful.
