Thanks for passing on this info. People demonize sugar, but it depends on what form you take it in. This is how it was meant to be taken, the fiber also likely helps it not overwhelm the liver and you get many micro nutrients calcium, magnesium, potassium, etc.
2 glasses of Sugar cane juice cooked on low heat till it turns dark brown and thickens turns into natural organic black strap molasses which is excellent for low Hemoglobin count, anemia and feeling latargic. I had a knee pain alot and i couldnt even walk for long.recently i used to drink sugarcane juice everyday not knowing its benifits just drinking it because of it taste.but after 2-3 months my pain went away,not compelely but like 80-90 percent.i am really amazed.i think alot about the reasons why the pain has gone.i couldnt tell exactly because i didnt take any medicine.but when i think of the juice i thought this may be the reason after watching all the reviews on youtube.

We have to constantly educate people here in PH about its health benefits. We still get this common misconception about sugarcane juice just cause it has "sugar" on its name. They usually say, "Ay sugarcane nakakadiabetes". Sad impression for some Pinoys but hopefully more and more people get to know this juice and would also LOVE it like we do. Great video, David!🌟

Yes I have done that once when some fresh cane was sold at a supermarket. It was so good. I must see if it is still available in Southern California at certain times since Mexico probably exports it.

I have the green sugarcane and the purple sugarcane growing in my garden but i dont have the machine to extract the juice out. i usually skin the cane and crush it in my mortar and squeeze the juice out to sweeten any dessert i am making. I feel great not putting any commercial sugar in my body. How to order the machine?

Sugar cane should be drunk fresh, not stored, even for a few hours, as it loses its nutrients, its taste and colour. Black strap molasses should be made with fresh sugar cane juice.

I can appreciate your comment and yes, I make and sell machines. But the thing is, we require sugar for our health. Raw sugarcane juice and other juices are healthy in moderation. Too much of anything is not good. Many of my customers have seen big improvements in their health ditching unhealthy drinks and consuming sugarcane juice. It has personally changed my life. Therefore of course I am passionate about it
Juices like this should be considered a treat . They actually will spike your blood pressure . still water, mineral water , ginger tea , herbal tea, small amounts of milk before bed should be the kind of liquids you consume daily ,and most natural occurring sugar in your diet should be from EATING fruit . juices, smoothies, break down the fiber - juices like these are basically sugar water with some vitamins .we are not hummingbirds
the only liquid with naturally occurring sugar that is justified to drink is milk - which is nutritionally balanced with not too much sugar and medium-high levels in protein , calcium , vitamin a. there is really never a reason to drink sugar . salam

I feel like with all the sodas and sweeteners in the modern world ,people have looked at naturally occurring sugar in a false light .you should be having no more than 20grams of sugar a day, naturally occurring or not .hundreds of years ago ,, juices and sugar drinks were a treat and luxury
