SUGARFREE APPLE JAM
Ingredients
2 medium green Washington Apples
¼ cup Sugarfree Natura
½ cup chopped dried apricot
Toasted multigrain bread slices for serving
Method
1. Deseed and roughly chop Washington Apples and blend ½ of it into smooth puree along with 3-4 tbsps water.
2. Heat green apple puree in a deep non-stick pan.
3. Blend remaining chopped apples along with 3-4 tbsps water into smooth puree. Add 2-3 tbsps apricot and blend again.
4. Add the apple-apricot puree to the pan along with remaining apricot, mix and cook for 4-5 minutes or till it slightly dries.
5. Add Sugarfree Natura, mix and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add 2-3 tbsps water, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes.
6. Put the jam in a jar and serve with toasted multigrain bread slices.
