@@ASHMAN750 yeah you know why?? Hes a fucken West Cost gangsta willing to run over two motherfukers with his car in broad daylight ..............thats California lifestyle Son. You know the community is so funny if you're fake they lash out you for being fake " oh you're not a real gangster" if you're real-life gangster " oh he should go to jail or he's a big psycho what a lunatic " sooooo 🤔🤔🤔🤔
This was a sad era for Suge. He had lost the biggest rap label ever. He had no idea where to go next, so he just talked shit about everyone and no one cared. So he went back to the streets and we all know that ends up 1 of 2 places.
Are you buzzin' mate? Eminem is a lyrical genius, a wordsmith by trade, & a success story for all those people who got bullied & degraded in the younger stages of life. All in the power of music & words, Eminem gave those people a voice, those who weren't strong enough to use theirs...& i respect him for that alone.
He didn't diss Eminem, he ignored the Eminem part and answered the "what do you think of white rappers" part. He never said he thinks Eminem has other people write his rhymes, and he didn't say Eminem wasn't from the ghetto, he was talking about white rappers in general.
Em never pretended to be a gangster or gangbanger or whatever...he was real, rap ia not about being a gangsta, early hip hop was about fun, breaking rhyming about shit in your life to express yourself.Em is a true hip hop artist no matter skin colour
But he has no skill. He doesn't put his soul in his lyrics. Zack de la Rocha of rage against the machine is a much better rapper also eyedea is a better rapper.
Eminem said the things he said because he was feeling that way, he's venting, music is his therapy. He never claimed to be a gangster at all lol and Eminem doesn't have a ghost writer I don't know why Suge made that assumption for but okay looool
Three he says in (still don’t give a fuck) intro “A lot of people ask me, am I afraid of death? Hell yeah, I'm afraid of death I don't want to die yet. A lot of people think that I worship the devil That I do all types of retarded shit Look, I can't change the way I think And I can't change the way am But if I offended you, good Cause I still don't give a fuck“
MrTruboy hahaha ha does it get u mad that hip hop is meant to be black but white man EMINEM took over and raised the bar does the truth hurt Bro Tupac legend no doubt EMINEM rap God simple Tupac wouldn't Diss Eminem he write with him
Suge Knight... What a guy... One of the smartest men of all time... Unfortunately he was also one of the silliest.... Legendary man though can't deny that
call me papa lmao you talking about overrated rappers and praising pac at the same time? Pac is the most overrated rapper to touch the mic pac aint even Lyricist, pac ain't touching em, getting killed in your prime doesn't automatically make you best rapper, many rappers to outdo pac when it comes to skills on the mic.
I was drunk and high when I commented but while looking back I'm 100% sure there was a smart fleeting thought. Semi sober thought: this dude was a pathetic pos that needed to do illegal shit to make his way. He was a talentless cat that didn't have any dog in him but I'm sure he's had plenty of dawgs in him.
@@osfab8825 It really is. When he was dissing Diddy for not being able to satisfy J.Lo and how he went on national TV to profess his love for her and she still left him. All I can think of was all those, I Miss J.Lo songs he made after she left him.
I love 2pac. but em is one of the greatest lyrical rappers of all time. one should not be judged on the color of their skin. they both lived and rapped in different times. you can't compare them. they are both gonna go down as legends in the rap game.
I also see an admirable side to Suge ...I can't say the same thing about Tupac...he was that annoying dog next door who's always barking but no one is afraid of it. That's how I see tupac
Suge got infatuated with 2pac, (Mind you I am a 2pac fan), but he should have reassured everyone on Death Row Dre, Snoop, Kurupt, Daz, Nate Dogg etc... that they are just as valuable as 2pac a new key artist to the label. But, seeing as how 2pac was a workaholic (Some say he got 3 to 4 songs a day or 3 to 9 verses or so of content out), You could understand how a lot of attention and resources will go to the artist who was putting in the most work. Another factor that brought them down was being too affiliated with the streets. Too many bodies to keep track of, not knowing who was really down for you and who was their for the opportunity.
well pac would propably still be alive .. and the others would have been successfull still. Maybe have less money ... maybe not as crazy famous as they are now .. but their music was produced by Dre (and a few thers especially in tupac's case), their raps have been written by themselves (mostly as far as i know) ... not by Suge Knight. In fact it was rather him milking them for his wealth and for building his business empire. Dre was more successfull when he left death row to do aftermath ..
if Suge night and dr dre never made death row records, then never you lisen classic albums like chronic , all eyes on me, Doggystyle ... think a bout that.. he is what he is gansta rap producer for real..
True! Something about this guy I like and admire and it's something about Tupac, Dr. Dre and Snoop that I don't like. One being I think Suge had the "cajones" the others didn't have. I think Easy E also had the mind mentality and business savvy of Suge knight. I've learned that you have to be tough or people will walk all over you in business when it comes to their money. Suge was aware of that--other artists...not so much!
@@aurorarene9909 true say. But Eazy E wasn't a beast like Suge. Although E was a proper Compton G. Sadly for E, Suge ran all of L.A. I should know I had a ghost producing gig in 1995 that ended quick when Death Row Records had issues.
I remember catching the intro credits when I'd goto bed in like 4th grade back before 9/11. Now I haven't watched a television for over 2 years. I'm either on my phone or my computer.
"We need to leave Puffy alone." "I like J-Lo, J-Lo's very, very good people." "The ghetto is colourblind...you really from the ghetto, you talking about that stuff, I respect that." I don't know where the hell you got "diss" from any of that.
Adam Williams Word in the industry is she's a diva. I give it to her.She fucked, I mean worked real hard to get where she is today. She swallowed, I mean sang a lot of good head, I mean songs.
Alot of rappers tell other dudes stories. Eminem talked about shit he experience. He is more real to his life than any other rapper. Hip hop is hip hop.
You can hate or love this guy but he was a boss in the rap game. They all rap about gangsta gangsta but this dude fxcking did it all and even paid someone to kill BIG from prison and drove down 2 guys not so long ago. You like to listen to that gangsta music and here you have the real thing
Suge wasn't dissing Em. I think he was dissing Vanilla Ice, because he was fake. He didn't write Ice Ice Baby and acted like he was from the hood when he wasn't. Suge of course had a interaction with Vanilla Ice back in the day. This title is misleading
Yeah he made him sign over the royalties and still to this day gets points on sales and residuals .. that album has sold 160 million copies to date, we can safely say Vanilla Ice Funded death row !
Suge Knight was a scumbag but he did some good once in a while, and one of those times was with Vanilla Ice. The story is Ice tried to stiff one of the ghostwriters for IIB by giving him a fixed fee. Suge turned up with goons and made damned certain he got residual instead. Respect.
and yo i dont like diddy but the fact is her biggest success in music was with puffy hat the fk has she done since. you peopleneed to stop putting her on a pedasel because she is a fkn phony
That's true Howard stern a straight forward not giving a fuck kinda guy he keeps it real, and when it's about keeping a real conversation he asks real questions and replies with a real opinion
Who has the link to this full interview? I know its like an hour long but ive only heard the full audio, this is the first time ive seen footage of this
+GgNora em's first ablum with dre actually had alot of records Eminem did by himself way before he even met dre. so with that being said i'm sure he would've gotten famous eventually just probably not at the extent.
In the end, Suge's in prison. Em is still making number #1 albums whenever he releases them, Diddy is nearly a billionaire, and J-Lo is a successful actress. In the end, Suge's temper got him in prison where he most likely will die unless he can make it to 69 (nice) for parole if he gets it. Suge could have made millions and his record label that successful, but his own temper and street politics go him in the can.
