They also use a ton of energy (they have a basal metabolic rate more than six times faster than a human). So the poor things need to sleep a lot so they don't starve (unless they're in an extremely food rich environment I suppose).

I love how Harley using the Javelin shows how inept Javelin was going to be with it, seeing as his first idea of an attack against multiple targets with ranged automatic weapons was to get out of cover and try an throw his only singular weapon at them.

a missable detail i think i noticed is that when peacemaker and flag were fighting peacemaker fell over backwards and his head landed in the center of a toilet calling back how bloodsport said he wore a toilet seat on his head

Rick Flag was great in this one - really impressed with Ratcatcher 2 as well. Was pleasantly surprised by how little they focused on Harley. Not a fan of John Cena but he killed it as Peacemaker. Definitely one of the better films to come out in the past few years.

The helmet shot is most likely a fun vfx trick. My guess is that they shot the fighting from a low angle, then projected the footage onto a cgi helmet with a "reflective" surface to "hide" the camera.

I also like the fact that Bloodsport was like Captain America in the first Avengers movie. For example, Bloodsport commanding King Shark to "nom nom" is like Captain America saying "smash" to Hulk. :)

I like how they set up savants character like dead shot like he was gonna make it thru at least til the end of the movie n did a complete 180 right at the start, even had Harley on his team like they were the main guys 😂 Side note: I like how it didn’t mainly focus on Harley n had a sort of equal following of all the characters Also like how they weren’t scared to kill most of the main people even people who survived the past movie And another is I like how they kind of tricked us that king shark was gonna die multiple times 😂😂

The reason they are so similar is because Bloodsport was originally going to be deadshot. Idris elba was going to play deadshot instead of will because of schedule conflicts but they decided to change him to bloodsport to let will come back later. They didnt change the story for him what so ever which is why he even has a daughter like deadshot the only thing they changed was the dialouge because he has a differnt name than deadshot

I liked how in the shot of them all in the rain, they play the song “hey” by The Pixies. You missed a cool one, when Starro breaks free and grabs the Thinker, he spreads his limbs so he looks like a star. This probably symbolizes how they were connected except for the pain that Thinker made him feel so now Starro is making that real by killing him.

i don’t think this has any merit to the comics, but my first thought was that they were lantern fish. they were yellow, green, orange, red and violet just like the rings, and we’ve got starro as the big bad, thought it was what they were going for but probably just a subtle omage.

It's like everytime a character comes close to having good morals or becoming a hero, you know they're about to die. It happened with Flagg, and then Polkadot's ironic death (being that the second he doesn't want to die and enjoys being a hero... *S p l a t)*

The suicide squad was a pretty good movie. I noticed in the end credits they listed nether realm studios in the special thanks section. Makes me wonder if they had helped out with some of the gore effects in the film.

The german words in jotunheim are written in old-german. They do not read "Die Karte der Butunt", but "Die Karte der Zukunft", which translates to "The map of the future"

Regarding the german writings in the tower: It says "Zukunft", not Butunft (not a german word), meaning "future". So it's "The Map of the Future". 🙂

A possible detail you missed is the irony of Starro's defeat. A hive mind creature is defeated by another hive mind. Before comments: Ik technically the rats aren't a hive mind since they aren't being controlled by another rat, but I thought the detail was notable enough to be mentioned

Absolutely loved this movie! One thing tho: your missable detail #30, i think it says "Die Karte der Zukunft". Translates to "The map of the future". The old german letters are rarely used today but some street signs here still have them. Fantastic video as always! Love from germany
