As a big Red Hood Fan I would absolutely love that, especially killing Harley Quinn, I was getting really tired and burnt out on her before SSKTJL came out, but now after SSKTJL I absolutely hate her and I would actually be happy to see Jason kill her.

@@Redhead-pf8le It's very clear that the original Rocksteady Team took inspiration from Dark Knight Rising's ending. For all the issues I got with the Nolanverse, it still has a coherent narrative of progress and a definite finale. I feel like that's what they feel is the proper way for an unmasked Batman would do is legitimately accept defeat and disappear so his loved ones are no longer in jeopardy. Him coming back defeats that entire narrative, not to mention destroyed any chance for growth for the other members of the Bat Family (Kate, Tim, Jason, Barbara, and even Michael Lane) to shine in a proper way. Unfortunately Gotham Knights shot themselves in the foot by making what could have been a good spinoff sequel abd turned it into a lame elseworld story about a Batman who got his ass kicked and the gameplay is level locked in an RPG fashion.

Also the complete admiration from Lex Luther, praising Wonder Woman to high haven, with fixing "Broken Democracy" in the next entry about Superman lamenting the Fact that he never bacame a Tyrant, while having such an extreme Hateboner for Green Lantern. Fromsoftware just chugging along like it's 2000, releasing full games that work on release and occasionally add new content later down the line. Meanwhile the rest of the industry is self-immolating to see who can burn the quickest.

Rocksteady was trying so hard to make the squad likeable and I find them all annoying af. Meanwhile Fromsoft games got me going out of my way to save certain NPCs with one to two lines of dialog just because I don't want anything bad happening to them

@@mrbigglezworth42 Best part is they've been doing it that way for nearly 30 years consistently. Sure not all of their games have been classics, but I can't think of any that were complete stinkers. And, occasional PC port issues aside, their games are always technically competent.

I remember her complaining about the female designs and how you couldn't see Batman's butt under his cape. Just dodge in different directions and you can easily see it. Also Nightwing is well known for artists showing off his arse even to a comic normie like me. Edit: There's also the Batman Beyond costume that has no cape and she could stare at that bat derriere for however long she wanted to.

See? This is where the trouble starts. To try and say that Scott Porter did a terrible job as The Flash is just wrong. I don't like using the Zoomer answer of "You're just looking for things to hate", but you are just grasping for things to hate. Dislike the game where it is at fault, but praise what it did right. Voice Acting is among the best in the industry.

@@abeaconintheoffice You don't get to spin a dig at the Flash's VA into this asinine statement that the game's voice acting over all is "among the best in the industry" when the main cast of characters; namely Boomerang and Harley, are painfully insufferable to listen to because their only voice direction was 'loud and silly'. And you'll have to listen to them a lot considering how often the game fires voice lines. The supporting cast's VA ranges from serviceable to store-brand gouda on the clearance aisle, and it generally stays there aside from a handful of moments. It's a waste of talent.

There are other costumes for her since there wouldn’t be a chance in hell modern Rocksteady would do the swimsuit look. Her Rebirth look was fine and one of the costumes from the New 52 era had pants and a jacket that didn’t look like crap.

From what I understand the game hasn't been selling well on consoles either. Sure its abit harder to track those sales but if it was selling well you know these devs would've been celebrating the sales success since that would be a "gotcha" moment for them to all the "haters". Since we haven't had anything like that, I would imagine the sales are alot lower than planned.

SBI was brought in a _full year_ after the plot and the campaign was completed. They had nothing to do with the dialogue, only visual aspects of the game. Forbes _had_ published an article to rectify the record due to the amount of harassment people like you are creating for the company.

They are not some Illuminaty-type deal, secretly ruining the gaming industry. That would _greed_ and lack of Accountability. Those two are the blight you're referring to.

Beyond that, that Forbes article is hardly credible, going as far to attempt to gaslight readers into actually buying that the script for this game is “the strongest aspect of the story.” Pretty funny. It is true that SBI lacks most of the responsibility for terrible dialogue/narrative since that’s already part of the industry to begin with. Rocksteady made a terrible game, with a terrible script, and terrible dialogue. SBI, working off of the same terrible framework as whatever bad writers Rocksteady used for their game, “consulted” to polish what was already manure with garbage. This is their business model. The blame should really go to an industry that would seek a company like this for garbage consultation, if not for enabling a company like this to exist. Regardless, calling what is mostly just a boycott movement “harassment” is quite the Orwellian perception and furthers the destruction of any real meaning the term once had when it’s used to refer to harmless, critical and/or mean comments from anonymous people on the Internet instead of serious, credible threats, i.e. crimes.

People like to rip on Origins, but it showed us that even without Conroy and Hamill we can still have some kickass Batman and Joker voices. We also had some of the best boss battles in the series from it, and it showed Bane as he was meant to be: not a roided-out numbskull but a terrifyingly intelligent and brutal nemesis to Batman.

I enjoyed it. The Deathstroke boss fight was awesome but I was hoping he would be the main antagonist.

Arkham games had real comic people. This Rocksteady had none + Sweet Baby Inc. As if they even did a wiki search.
