We gotten an evil Batman before many times but the issue is making the Arkham Batman evil after everything he sacrificed and instead of building up the Arkham universe by introducing other DC heroes like a normal person, They instead destroy it and make the suicide squad the new face of this universe. 😅

i think the arkhamverse would have been better off just ending the legend of the batman at arkham knight ant letting us explore more of the dc universe, like a nightwing arkham trilogy, or maybe a villain trilogy would have been better than this i think

I think the story is interesting but that doesn’t mean the story is good. But watching you guys play is always fun

I still wished we could’ve gotten a Arkhamverse justice league game because that would’ve been really awesome.

Bro Wonder Woman would kill them if she had to. She’s never had problems killing if necessary. That’s always what gave her the fighting edge of Superman. I could understand if she didn’t want cos they’re friends, but they make it sound like Wonder Woman doesn’t have the courage to. They don’t understand these characters what so ever

They could’ve had Batman meet Superman during Joker’s resurrection in Batman Universe, it would’ve been more impactful since it was such a low point for Batman.

As much as I don't like what happens the playing of a predator map as a the villian and having batman attack you from the shadows was cool

If you guys want to play an actual decent game with a good Villian story and a story that makes alot more sense play Lego DC Supervillians . Yeah it's lego , not an arkham sequel at all but it's definitely a bigger love letter to Our Favorite DC Villians compared to this shameless soulless Cashgrab

You gotta give this game a point, this game makes Gotham Knights and the Switch port of the Arkham trilogy look good

Honestly if they wanted to rep Aussies better, they should've made him overly brave and somewhat dumb when it comes to situation with say a shark. We tend to overly engage with animals that want to kill us with no fear.

Everything this game does to the arkham series is a tragedy. The Arkham games were so gritty and real in a way and i loved that seeies.. to think its become this now, just another series that was a favorite of mine ruined. Either way glad to see you playing technically something Arkham again, thats how i found you many many years ago when i was a kid. Crazy to think ive been an adult for a long while now 😅

It’s hard to believe that Batman, it being mind controlled by brainiac isn’t his mind like a fortress I mean he was able to fight off joker but somehow brainiac was able to take control his mind it just stupid and lazy

A gripe I have about the underwhelming events where Batman joins the league is it’s the lamest way ever. Oh yeah he just faked his death and after years of that HE was inclined to go back because of metahumans like Superman, and they were like yeah just join us batman, which makes sense he’s probably legendary to them. Evil Batman looks and sounds so fucking cool. Unfortunately that’s the only good thing I can say about this game, just hate the way it looks and plays. And there’s wayyyy too much shit on the screen constantly

Here is how i would have done the story, instead of being connected to the main batman arkham verse, make it like an elsewolrds type thing, like sure batman fought the arkham knight and scarecrow sure but he never got unmasked in this world, so this doesn't make everything batman did in arkham knight feel pointless, and rocksteady even did brought up elseworld stuff with the joker dlc and all that, so it wouldn't be impossible

I hate that we can no longer have attractive and powerful females characters in video games anymore because it makes other women be insecurities 😑

I like ever once and a while seeing an evil Batman. Kevin actually liked playing a evil Batman. Other than the story if this was another universe and not Arkham Batman… I would still have problems, but I wouldn’t be so pissed. They completely throw away my childhood, and something special with this franchise.

Imagine they made a Justice League game and we got accustomed to all the characters and lore. After that they made this game where Batman was brought in to save the Justice League but in doing so he sacrificed himself and Suicide Squad did everything else. That would have been so much better

The harley costume thing isn't really that deep 😂 So far it seems like everything a Suicide Squad story would be tbh. I think the banter between the group is ok even if their lines do overlap sometimes. The biggest issue is linking it with the Arkham verse. I can't speak for the gameplay though.

Ok, something to take from this game....Make Debra Wilson the live action Amanda Waller from now on...we won't be able to have Viola Davis for too long since shes the bigger actress, Debra is killing this role

Devil's advocate, kinda. If it gets revealed that, the underlying reason why Harley was like, "Yeah, right!" after seeing her Arkham Knight outfit, was because of it reminds Harley of her lowest point: where she was so desperate to have Mista J back, that she tried to save the randos who were developing his traits, but were otherwise just corrupted versions of themselves, then that scene could be salvaged. Heck, if the original Harlequin red & black outfit was in that locker, that exact reaction could have worked. Not because, "I don't need no man", but rather, "Why was I so obsessed with that abusive P.O.S." Still bit of a double-standard that bare arms and a bit a cleavage are scandalous and worthy of mockey, but a skin-tight outfit that leaves *_nothing_* to the imagination, is A-Ok. However, because of the current state of Rocksteady, all the hackivists involved in the company and WB, along with Sweet Baby Inc. being their most recent bedmate, the chances of that scene being anything but projections of "muh progressivism", are slim to none. And Slim just got assimilated. But I will admit, that I've also become a bit hypersensitive to things that _resemble_ woke BS. Wonder Woman had a spectacular entrance, which makes me question how much was thought out ahead of time, and how much was "Wahmen is superior, because Twitter X says so", so I wait to see if Wonder Woman is flawless the entire time before getting captured, or not. Unlike Twitter, I can admit to being wrong. But then I remember that she wasn't the first escaped Leaguer to be shown in this game. The first was Flash. And while he has been getting knocked around, Flash _was not_ going down like a chump. (Those his voice took getting used to.) Flash fought possessed-Jon Stewart by himself, Flash only got smacked around by Captain Boomerang because he was wounded prior - combined with Boom's prior knowledge about Flash's tactics (and the gauntlet tracking him, can't forget that), and finally he tackled Possessed-Batman and got the bullet away from Harley at the literal last second. If Flash didn't intervene, Harley would've died. *(Sigh)* This could've been a decent game. Flashes [no pun intended] of potential are there. But it's bogged down by the influence of Twitternauts, and as a result, the dialogue and story is mid "at best", and at worst, an English-major starting college could write better and with more respect, even they knew dip-diddly about DC Comics. And don't get me started on how many slaps and spits to the face could have been avoided by making this an Elseworlds story, or even an *_Alternate Arkhamverse_* instead of making it a *direct sequel.*
