If done right, doctor Huan will ask Shu to speak in private, which means you are on you way for the ending where she lives (you still have to do the just defend Jowy ending to actually see her alive at the end of game).
i do it all already 😂 nanami is at best condition thanks for suiko 2 cheat lvl 99 already but importantly we must get best ending and always choose right option especially when in tinto do not choose ran away if you want best ending

") pode ser qualquer uma mas escolha . ou ficar apertando rápido desde o início mesmo desafiando jowy logo na primeira opção ( foi oquê eu fiz ) e por acaso estava tb com a defesa acima de 121 como vi em vários vídeos e posts na internet e relembrei que também havia pesquisado esse mesmo final a décadas atrás e me lembrei do lance do botão ser precionado rapidamente como li anos antes li tb agora . bom é isso e espero ter ajudado, pois foi isso que fez Shu ir falar com ela a convite de Huan ...

@@diaochan7506. Not at all, that is shown when Huan doesn't call for Shu after reporting her death if you don fulfill the requirements, and her ending epilogue confirms her definitive death.
So far the perfect ending without spoilers: 1. 108 stars before freeing Matilda-Quest 2. Nanami needs any body armor even the worst in the game (no helmet/accessory) 3. when the arrow flies just spam any answer quickly - doesn't matter
3:45 seeing jowy shaking really shows how much he still cares for Nanami and Riou. This climax of the game (and luca blight) will always be one of my favorites

There are no tricks for saving Nanami. Just have all 108 stars BEFORE the battle with Gorudo and she will survive. The same goes with Gremio in Suikoden 1: if you collect all 108 stars before the final battle, Leknaat will revive Gremio.
Nanami must have defend about 88 or 108 if iam bot wrong. If you remove all nanami's armor and if that thing make nanami defense below 80 i believe she will still die.
@@bixby3315 . It doesn't matter if you choose "Nanami" or "Be careful" as long as you choose one, and she must have the defense requirements, plus having unlocked Forgiver Sign, Nanami survives.
It's better late answer than never. 1:55 riou draws weapons 7:55 dr. Huan asks shu (if you did all the requirement to save nanami then this would happen).
ah good old memories the first time i played i unlock the best ending nanami saved jowy alive and they are traveling the world. then i try once again because its good game but in second game i failed to save nanami and jowy die. i dont know why i got different ending at that time but now i know. im still playing this game to this day.at this time im in neclord castle. 11:01 am. i got sword of victor and im going to fight the spider monster of neclord. what a great games
Just incase people are wondering, Nanami didn't die. She simply retired from this point on. If you want to know how the true ending goes. As soon our heroic entourage defeats the beast rune in L'renouille. The next situation will be you waking up at your castle. When you go to the Meeting Hall, everyone will be there and they will request for you to become the leader to create the country. If you have agree, this will results in a normal ending. But if you say cannot. you will go out and meet up with Viktor and Flik giving you a last advice (this is important, you need to meet them in order to trigger the true ending coz I avoided them in the castle via from my bedroom to the shopping district route), then ask Viki to blink you to Kyaro and go to Tenzen Path and finally meet Jowy on the ledge where you were first started playing the game. and now the tricky part is this, Jowy will request a duel and refuse for it. However you will go into the duel. so during the duel always pick "Defend" and after halk through the duel, Jowy will stop because suffering from the black sword rune and there you have it, a true ending for the game. I don't wanna spoil much but hey! Nanami is ALIVE!! in this same route again, if you beaten jowy in a duel... you will get a normal route back where you lead the newly found country after absorbing Jowy's rune to create it into awhole again "The Rune of Beginning".
Oh yea i forgot, you do can get the bad ending for the game. In Tinto, during neclord's terror attack. Nanami will offer you the chance to escape together. You will run all the way thru Tigermouth Village to Drakemouth Village and in the empty house Riou and Nanami will rest there until the next morning. Flik, shu and apple will come for you, however shu is pissed because of Riou's careless decision to run away, Ridley died while trying to search for them when tinto was attacked by Neclord. Okay, Shu will offer Riou the option once again, if you choose to fight, we will continue the adventure. and if you choose to stop, head out to the gateway below to activate the bad ending.
I don't know... All those endings doesn't seem like bad at all it's more like their choice for a new path in life~ still I did get the run away ending first because there's save files exist lol~
@@ronyarco7990 if you did exactly like in the video, you must miss the requirement to save nanami: 1. You have to recruit 108 before rockaxe castle battle. (Riou got forgiver sign spell) 2. Nanami has to wear armor (if you want to keep her good gear you can change her gears with the cheap one that you can buy on the store). Her def has to be more than 121. 3. When the archers trying to shoot, you will be promted to choose an option. You must choose one of them. Either option is fine. But i choose second one "nanami!". 4. the sign you has saved nanami is huan calls shu at 7:57 at the video. 5.good luck!
@@bravohoras yes I have all 108 stars, Nanami is at 206 DEF. The item your video misses out on is the selection before the archers can be any of them but it has to be very quick in selection, also the second dialogue after she goes down has to be as fast as possible. I found it on a reddit site and finally it worked!

Kamu harus menolak setiap ajakannya bertarung sampai jowi tersadar dan membawa pulang jowi yang sudah ditunggu oleh nanami. Itu hanya trik nanami agar kamu tidak bertarung dengan jowi
1. Harus recruit 108 char sebelum war di rockaxe ( riou dapat forgiver sign) 2. Def nanami > (lebih besar dari) 121 dan harus pakai armor. 3. Saat dipanah pasukan di rockaxe castle, riou (kamu) harus cepat pilih pilihan pertama atau kedua 1:54. 4. Kalau berhasil huan akan panggil shu untuk bicara 4 mata (6 mata sama nanami 😁) 7:55.
