Subaru has an uncanny ability to get ahead of the stories and predict how they are going to develope. She tends to "spoil herself" when playing story driven games because she can accurately predict what's going to happen before the big reveal happens.

About the EDIT: That's right, I admit she has a knack for teasing and suggesting hobbies, cuz if I had found that anime recommended by myself I'd probably look away - as I didn't feel that enthusiastic at first when she recommended it -, but now I can't help but feel an itch on the back of my ear to search more about it. By the time you read this, I might already be a goner, so I salute you.

Yeah, Mawaru Penguindrum really considered as a hit or miss at the time I watched it, but the plot twist is just as intense as how weirdly unique the series as a whole. Also love that gloomy sounding opening song haha. Thanks for the clip!

Wow, mawara is old! Like almost 10 years old. Remember it because in the fan sub i was on the lead translator was working on it.

Which fansub group were you working in? I really enjoyed Mawaru but it took me a rewatch to really appreciate it

@@ex_potato We where a spanish fansub, so foubt you know it, Shinsekai i belive, i worked on manga, then 2 editor have to drop, so we where doing colab to feel up but that didnt lasted once we all begin clases agains, specially those in uni got no time with exams :/ Was fun while it lasted, it improve my english a lot :3 Sorry if it was misinterpreted un.n

Penguindrum! So good but so Shaft. I keep thinking to myself that Shaft (and similar styles) anime are made to be watched with your eyes closed because the visuals frequently make fuck-all sense. Take the scene in Nisemonogatari where Karen is talking to her brother but for some reason she's doing the crab stand and the focus is on her crotch as if to say that's where she is speaking from.

Didn't know penguindrum was done by shaft. If you couldn't tell from the pfp, I absolutely love monogatari and shaft so now I'll definitely have to give it a shot lol

@@holosubs8448 it's Shaft-like but done by Brain's Base iirc. It is really good though and some of the twists are amazing. I have the Monogatari LNs but haven't got round to reading them yet because I need a new readie-tablet :( I hope the quirkiness of the anime is a faithful translation of the source material but even if its not its still, y'know, _the entire Monogatari series._
