Thanks a lot for this. Because of minor scoliosis I've had uneven lower back development from deadlifting. I'm going to use this exercise to strengthen the weaker side.
Love these with a farmer's carry bar, especially the ones with a fatter grip. I've loaded them up to 60% of my standard deadlift max and have great results. QLs and glutes are on fire after them and the lower back pump feels like it provides a nice cushion going into other exercises.
