½ Cup Semolina/ Suji
Roast For 2 Min.
½ Tspn Salt
1 Cup Water
Cook Until Separate from the Pan
Cool Down For 5 Min.
¼ Cup Flour
Mix Well
2 Boiled Mashed Potato
2 Tbsp Onion
1 Green Chilli
½ Tspn Salt
¼ Tspn Chilli Powder
1/8 Tspn Turmeric Powder
¼ Tspn Chilli Flakes
¼ Tspn Chat Masala
1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
Mix Well
Take Some Dough
Roll
Cut In Square Shape
Spread Potato Mixture
Make Pattern
Fry In Medium Heat
Fry For 3-5 Min.
