Just getting ready to re-watch "Healer" I know you guys like Park Min Young, so you should like this one too. She's 10 years younger and really cute in this series. Plus Ji Chang Wook is in it along wish Kim Mi Kyung (everyone's favorite "mom") aka Ajumma. I know you got a lot of shows lined up, but this is one of the classics. Great action, storyline and cast.

I'm pretty sure Yura's bodyguard likes Yura. Even though he did kinda betray her by gave Jihyuk some information but that was it, he didn't join hands to take her down. He knew it's not good to fight with Jihyuk so he thought by doing this can make Yura realizes she is in disadvantage position so she can give up and return to Japan
nah cause same! he genuinely was worried for her on multiple occassions! i guess he just shared with jihyuk the information to let him do what he thinks is right cause he thought that might stop yura from going further in this mess

Seeing the part of Jiwon being a director of a charity under U&K I need a short slice of life, feel good drama of the most deserving woman being the Madam of a huge conglomerate. I need to see the main being a mother, a wife and Madame with a good husband and family by her side.
In the webtoon, Sumin was a bit worse. ⚠️Webtoon spoiler⚠️ There was no Yura firstly. After, Sumin "lost" the baby, Minhwan mom got way worse, blaming her cz she couldn't get pregnant. Jiwon, as a secret friend, sent a message to Sumin telling her that Minhwan could be infertile. They did a test, she discovered that he was in fact infertile. So, while Minhwan dad was traveling, she told the mom the result of the test and other things and the mom had a stroke (I think) ✨✨ Sumin saw her, but left the house leaving the mother-in-law on the floor. When the father-in-law arrived, the day after, he took her to the hospital. She was alive and conscious, but couldn't talk or move. Sumin put a act of sad and gentle daughter-in-law, but end up killing her by injecting air in the IV thingy. She also discovered that Minhwan wanted to kill her to get the insurance money, so she killed him first. It was a car accident, i don't remember exactly, but i think she sabotage the car, something like this. Anyway, a woman saw her killing the mother-in-law and told the police. So, the police went to minhwan's and his mom's funeral to get her. She was able to run away, got a car and hit Jihyuk. Also, Jiwon only learned that Jihyuk also was from the future while he was on coma, cz he left a letter explain everything to her. After this, Sumin actually got arrested and then, as a last attempt, she call Jiwon's mother to tell her she is engaged with a rich man. However, the mom just wanted money, nothing that bad. In the end, they got engaged, had kids and so on✨
Minhwan had sabotaged the car for Sumin but ended up driving it himself because he needed it, crashing into the ocean (I think). Sumin discovered that and immediately knew that he intended to kill her.
Also Ji-Hyuk's step mom totally ROASTS Ji-Won's mom after Ji-Won revealed to her mother that she knew she just wanted money. There's overall a lot of differences between the webtoon and the drama, but I think I like the webtoon more. I enjoyed the drama, but I was originally such a big fan of the webtoon that the scenes that weren't included I was pretty bummed about. But I'm sure they changed things not only for budget, but also time. Overall, I really enjoyed this drama. But I'd recommend someone to read the webtoon first, then see the satisfaction of some of the scenes coming to life.
Regarding Sumin's actress, Song Hayoon: There was a show called Knowing Bros, she was a guest there along with our handsome chef. Hayoon stated that she had to immerse herself so much into Sumin's character that there were some instances even her family and friends see some remnants of Sumin in her after the drama ended. She also dedicated herself into checking on some profilers and psychologists to understand Sumin cause she just couldn't understand such character. To be honest, Hayoon nailed her character so much. I was also surprised when Hayoon revealed that when she revealed Sumin's true person, the camera angle shows her right side of the face, then if she is in her fake persona, it showed her left side. She was the one who suggested to the writer and director which got approved. The color of Sumin's outfits throughout the show also has some psychological meaning to it. It just shows how talented Hayoon is and how much effort the whole production put on this masterpiece 🧡
sumin will plead insanity in court, then sent to mental asylum...if she shows good behavior she'll be out in a few years....kidnap one of jiwoon's kid as her revenge and make her life's purpose to make jiwoons life miserable...just a season 2 in my head LOL!
Hope you can consider to watch Hometown Cha cha cha. It's a romance, slice of life genre. One of the best healing Kdrama. The drama isn't just about main couple but it also tells the stories of different people of the seaside village. The actress plays Ms Yang here is FL's bestie in Hometown Cha cha cha, one of the actress (Cha Chunghwa) plays villager in Crash landing on you also play villager in this

i think sumin underestimating jiwon way too much was her only drawback...she thought jiwon was still her old self who she could easily just take out. also if you want to watch a drama with evil characters,"strangers from hell" is one drama i would want to recommend!

Sumin was sabotaging Jiwon by buddying up to Ms. Yang because Jiwon wouldn't let her have the meal kit project. The only reason she was interested in Ms. Yang was concerning the meal kit because she wanted to use that to get a full time job and Jiwan refused to help her get ahead at work using her project.

The intro talk about sumin made me want to write this. Sumin is bad to everyone who doesn't benefit her. To take a simple example: the bathroom scene where she doesn't help out and just calls her a nuisance. Thats the smallest example but still. Her whole life has been using people to her advantage and in 2023 bad version she gets everything like that even her bff life and husband. ( even if she gets arrested) she is a sociopath with daddy and mommy issues. The actress is adorable and very talented but sumins character both in drama and webtoon is not redeemable nor good in any way you look at it.
