I've made the peach, mozzarella, prosciutto and mint salad for several parties and each time, the guests go crazy over it! Such a simple yet delicious salad. This one's a winner, can't wait to try your other recipes!

Hello Beth! As mentioned in one of my other posts, I have recently moved to a new city. But, before moving, I had a get together for my friends at my place for brunch. I tried out some of your recipes. They were fabulous. Thanks for uploading them and teaching us how to entertain. The most amazing part about the videos are the game plan section. Having that been described by you takes off a lot of stress from me.

Yes! That's a great idea. You can definitely do this. They'll last for 3 months in the freezer. Before you want to use them, just remove from the freezer and let thaw in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!

love the recipes and how your videos are bright and tv quality. Also cool that you put a game plan together, however, it just made me feel so anxious and hurried! I hate preparing for guests, yet I love having get togethers... weird.
I really like these videos...most of the time when preparing stuff I have no idea what to choose in terms of side dishes or what other things go with it.

the Coffee was the best! i loved it my friend loved it and she is not a coffee drinker! i havnt tried the rest yet but the I want to try the peach salad
