Yes! As a fellow SAHM I totally agree! I have five kiddos under 8, and especially this summer with the oldest two home all day it’s been draining. My 5am workouts with coffee and bible after are the only times I feel I give to myself all day. Thank you ladies for empowering us SAHMs!

I totally feel this! I teared up while working through that 5-minute ladder climb. I teared up because of my ongoing dizziness while moving between moves. But I continued on & pushed through it. By the way, working with a vestibular therapist on my balance issues & she's aware I'm following this program (little disclaimer here). Anyway, so thankful for Team NML! We love you too!

I am 62 years old and have osteoporosis and wasn’t sure if I could do this program but I did! Many of the moves needed no modification for osteoporosis-in fact they are bone building! I’m so grateful for this program making me feel like the athlete I was once upon a time. I have followed you for years and love your faith, your instruction and your workout programs! Thank you!❤

We did it 🎉🎉🎉Thank You Lindsey and Racheal this was by far the hardest most challenging thing I have done since my spine disc surgery. I’ve been slowly improving and increasing my strength, endurance and weights. I went from 3lbs to 10lbs and I’m going to do the program again! Lindsey, when you said; what is it that you’re fighting for ?? I felt that! Thank you for always speaking words of life and encouragement over us. God Bless you both 💓💓
I am recovering from a severe lumbar disc herniation and multiple bulging discs that took over a year for me to be able to walk normally/without pain so I can relate! I also started this with 2/3 lb weights and am now using 10lbs. I'm here with you!

Whooooop!!! Just finished!!! (9.30am in the UK). I'm supporting my Dad after a complex heart surgery, so NML workouts are 'my time' . Me working out, also motivates my Dad to get moving. As I'm always saying 'We're proactive, not reactive, when it comes to our health' A very long restorative yin yoga tomorrow, then back to Day 1 on Sunday. I discovered your channel 50 days ago and have been addicted to your workouts ever since. I started with dumbbells of 3 kilograms, after 50 days I reached 5 kg. I had never worked out with dumbbells before, although I did. in the winter I gained 5 kg due to medication, after 50 days of training with your channel I am 5 kg thinner and with a tight body. Lindsey thank you so much!❤
It took me 13 days but I did it! Yesterday I went shopping and let me tell I I started crying because I couldn't believe how great I look after only 2 weeks! Thank you for changing my life! We did it! Thank you Lindsey and Rachel for another amazing program! SplitStrong 35 has remained my favorite for the past several years even with all the other awesome programs you've put out, but this one is definitely my new favorite!! I loved the variety of moves and circuits, and the opening 30 reps and closing 3 minute burners. So proud that I was able to do all of the push-ups from my toes! So thankful for all that you do!
Yes! 44 yr old here with chondromalacia patella . Bad knees kept me from committing to a gym but I’m still working out from home and loving it . These ladies are amazing

Love your workouts. Back in February I was as told by my cardiologist to start weight / strength exercises. My cholesterol was high and due to the past bad behavior I had at least gotten my pressure down. God led me to your videos and with you my cholesterol has dropped to normal actually great range in only a few months. And I am looking / feeling fantastic. Beyond blessed to have found you. This is the first program I have successfully repeated back to back and the strength gains are real. In one of the earlier workouts when Lindsey said she didn’t want any 10lbs on set that was my motivation to dig deep and challenge myself. At 21 months postpartum I’m feeling stronger than I ever felt in my 20s. Thank you so much for these free programs!
Tearing up over completing the program 💪🏼🥺… in January I could NOT finish metcon, I promised😅 myself a stronger 2024…. In February I found out I was blessed with a surprise pregnancy (baby 5) and I continued my promise to myself. Even through a tough first trimester I forged on. I am so much stronger now then I was in January at almost 27 weeks pregnant. I’ve even worked hard on a stronger core. I haven’t followed through on a lot of promises to myself since becoming a mom in 2015. I’m so thankful for the NML team. I love these workouts, my kids love seeing you guys… they participate in workouts with me and cheer me on. I plan on repeating the program starting Monday! I’ve also Worked hard on keeping up my movement with lots of walking totally motivated by you guys! Thanks for all your hard work!

I did it!!! A few things: 1) THANK YOU, NML! 5 years and counting of working out with you and I am just so thankful. It has been a very hard 5 years with lots of medical issues with my babies, surgeries, complications in end of pregnancies. I was strong because of Jesus, physically strong becAuse of your workouts. I teared up during the ladder when you asked, “what are you fighting for?” The Lord empowers me to be here fighting daily for my husband and our 3 kids. What a blessing to have access to such great workouts to keep my 31 year old body strong and healthy! It’s because of NML that I’m strong enough to climb mountains with my 30 pound 2 year old on my back, and have been strong enough to climb stairs and sit at the bedside of my baby during his heart surgery hospital stays. You guys are amazing! 2)Highly recommend NOT having family pizza night before doing this workout the next day 🤣🤣 3) that was an incredible program. We did it ladies! 🎉

Yaayy! We did it! ❤. Today did feel like no repeats to me as well. Love this program and I can’t wait to repeat it. I will be focusing more on my nutrition moving forward. That’s the hardest part for me, and getting in more steps.

Round two proved to be just as hard as the first time through. This last workout is so hard. I am so thankful there weren't five minute burnouts every time!! Wow so tough!
feeling so proud of myself!! 🎉 after a serious ankle injury almost 2 years ago (and 2 surgeries) it’s been a long journey to find myself again. Getting back into shape is exhausting and at times infuriating. I’ll be honest though, after the first workout I was feeling pretty down on myself because it was so hard. After this final workout I’m still sweating like crazy and modifying some moves but today I’m feeling strong and determined. I can finally see a glimpse of who I used to be coming back. Thank you Lindsay and Rach! You guys are amazing!

I just finished going through the program for the second time, starting the first time during week 8 of my first pregnancy, feeling nauseous, and struggling with all the changes most days! Even though it took me a little longer than it would have previously (but 3-day summer weekends are spent in the mountains) I feel so accomplished and strong in such a challenging time of pregnancy!!
I am so happy i found your page. doing at home workouts never really motivated me, but your workouts-they are fun, challenging, exciting and i love feeling great and proud knowing that i completed them. you guys are the best!!!!!!
35 weeks pregnant GOT IT DONE! Got woken up to toddler diarrhea all over the bathroom, and the other toddler has a fever/congestion and is melting at everything, wont let me put them down, hours later than usual, im finally getting to this, and its JUST what i needed! Not only do i need this to be strong and healthy and get through a hard day of parenting, but ACCOMPLISHING hard things makes me PUMPED for whatever gets thrown my way today! And whatever happens, i know Gods GRACE & STRENGTH is sufficient for TODAY! 😅❤

This was my first ever workout with you girls. I picked a DOOZY!! I loved the challenge. I thought I was in shape after working out for four years but this made me level up in a way I never knew possible. I’m going back to day 1 tomorrow. And you’re right as hard as this was its pebbles to what I’m carrying in this life. I’m fighting for my kids. Their dad is on a mission to poison them against me. They believe his lies but my mother’s love will win this war. Keeping myself healthy it’s important. I did this workout after a full day and on 4 hours of sleep. Spent overnight last night in the hospital because my little boy Down syndrome had surgery. I say all this to tell you you can do this. Don’t give yourself any lame excuses. Power yourself and be powerful in life.
I am a 74 rear old woman who used to go to gym, but since the pandemic I exercise at home. I have finished the 10 days program and I just simply love it. You are awesome so energetic and positive that invites to work harder. I feel myself so strong and satisfied of having finished the challenge. Of courses I shall keep on exercising. Thanks a lot.
completed round two!! I think this is a strength building workout I can continue to come back to time and time again. I"m heading on to your Strong 20 program to get me into the school year and back into early morning workouts. BUILD 30 is the best program out there, hands down (or rather, dumbbells up!) The workouts themselves are top notch, but what keep some coming back is your positive outlook, hard work ethic, motivation, and overall great personality- love you both so much. I find myself repeating your motivational comments throughout the day- things like, "you were made to do hard things," "what are you working for?" "teamwork makes dreamwork" and "you are stronger than you think you are!" Team NML is a huge part of my life- THANK YOU!

Such a great program! I think this is next to Splitstrong for my favorite NML program. LOVE the format. I also love single-dumbbell workouts because it gives me a chance to level up in weights (my weights are adjustable, so I can't toggle between weights easily). I just leveled up to a 20 lb!! Thank you for being such great motivators and so fun to workout with 💛

The glute bridge march was the most challenging for me. I used 20lb for the duration. That burnout was insane. I am so thankful I can move my body. Thank you for a great program!❤
This was the first full program that I’ve done with NML and I loooooved it. Left each workout very sweaty, very tired (in the best way), and very proud for pushing myself to finish the whole thing. Feeling stronger already 💪🏻
Not going to lie….burpees were so challenging!! I love this BUILD program. Nice work NML team. I get strength, my heart rate up and feeling so good after workout. That is a great combo for that amount of time!👍🏻

The best! I haven't done the whole program yet, but sporadically fit them in when I can! Holy Bananas!! 🍌🍌🍌 I fit in 40 burpees at the end and felt so proud for the total of 70 burpees I muscled through. Wasn't planning on this workout today, but knowing NML- has my back totally motivated me. Huge thank you!!!🎉

Favorite home work out ever. I've been with you since January and this feels doable and challenging at the same time for this 41 year old mother of 4. My husband, who is a former D1 college football player jumps in with me a couple times a week and loves it as well!
Thank you TEAM NML for this life changing strength building program. I am definitely stronger and less short of breath doing basic stuff every day (running/walking up stairs, playing with my cat who is very active and at my job with kids/adults). This program placed a new fire in me to complete every day and to fight to get to the next level of strength. I loved the new stretches and mobility components built in. I completed it twice and now need to rest completing your recovery exs. How do I maintain or build onto these gains though? You are my trainer, I don't follow anyone else! God bless and thank you.
