This banner may not be as crazy as the previous banners, but it's a nice breather from all the powercreep and it doesn't entirely mean the units here are bad. Plus, it has some pretty good fodder for those who need it.
At this point male axe infantries is the new male lance cav/flier for grails, they're either rarely really good or most of the time mediocre since we got some pretty good ones with prfs, S!Dedue just feels like another S!Vaike but with worse spd.
On the contrary, he is way more min maxed than S!Vaike or any other axe infantry. Right now, he is the new highest defense infantry unit in the entire game. So, in other words, he's the best F2P axe candidate for Laguz Friend. Dedue is just like a wall, like he should be
@ALEXMARTINEZ-dz7so If IS were to give him a Brave alt, he has to have Staunch Shield as a prf. If he does nothing on his turn, get Def/Res+20 or something like that

I kind of do like that S!Dedue is a bit more bulky than S!Vaike, though I do wish they would tone it down with the grail axe infantries. Would've been better if he had a sword imo, despite competition, but it feels like we've been getting many as of late.
Thank you for the builds!! It's nice to get a more of simple banner like this once in a while tbh. I feel like most units here just bring more fodder options primarily. (Note: the definition of "simple" here may be a bit distroted due to FEH's powercreep)
This banner is a skip for me, but I will admit S!F!Alear and S!Goldmary are worth summoning from this banner, and S!Clanne seems pretty decent, with the only issue being colorless hell. Petra I wish wasn't another WT!Claude.
S!Petra feels like she would've been better a year ago, but now with all the true DR supertanks running amok, she doesn't stand out as much. Almost like WT!Claude, actually. It's a shame since I was waiting for many years for Petra to get an alt because her regular self's art really didn't do her justice.
Agreed, but having summoned her (purely because it's Petra) she's been putting in a surprisingly decent shift for me in the Rearmed Tana or Ninja Igrene role in AR-O - neither of which I had before. Honestly would like to see more banners like this that aren't crazy powercreep or meta-defining units or anything, just solid units for fans of the characters!
I fell to temptation and summoned on this banner, not very good out come to be honest. Got a random Gilliam and Brave Gullveig, one Goldmary, and sparked Petra. I'm going to regret this decision soon, aren't I. 😔

Personally I think this Alear is better then L!M!Alear the condition for the miracle effect is too strict with 3 allies with the introduction of Celica and Flat DR > pierceable dr. Not being blessable matters aswell, I think L!M!Alear can be much better with a seasonal though.
I will hate it so much if IS proceeds to release seasonal units, each of them giving Bonded status for another highest stat (they‘ll totally gonna do this).

I was skeptical about Alear at first, but when she easily tear down L!M!Alear and easily tanked E!Ike at the same time during enemy phase, man I'm sold. She's the best so far.
@@wardides She's working great with base kit so far while not being a powercreep unit as well. Maybe in the near future when I have enough fodder units.
Honestly a tame banner powercreep wise which is really nice! I have been struggling to save my orbs thanks to Goldmarys... gold but I must stay strong! Alear has amazing art too!
Tame? These bikinis say else. GKmas and Reselerina's swimsuits are tame for Japanese gacha spite only Japanese gacha can have bikinis while Korean and chinese gacha cannot.
After the summer banner I'm definitely saving up for Male L!Corrin's return. I need that juicy High Dragon Wall on my Summer F!Alear too (have it on my Legendary F!Alear, would be nice to have it on the other too). Hoping I can get an Edward eventually for a Breath of Life 4, but for now sticking to her C skill. I'm pretty much using the D Bonus Doubler build atm (minus Mag. Null Follow, gonna get that at some point) but the sad part about not being able to engage an Emblem w/ multiple units (unless you lock teams) is that my L!F!Alear also uses Emblem Ike, and I like playing with my Alear emblem, so I'm definitely gonna have to engage her w/ someone else (currently Celica).
I've been using her with Celica engaged, BoL4 A!Micaiah. Shes an amazing omni-tank support that I can actually put near Alear because she baits E!Celica's into attacking her. Ashera has been great for NFU support as well and S!Mirabilis is amazing for omni-tank support too.
I got 3 Clanne which one of them 5 stars , and then random pitybreak and not a focus (Arlen , Ascended Idunn , other one i dont remember ) then Sparked Goldmary , with some notable 4* special Eyvel . Kinda rigged but well
#question While it's awesome having resplendents that have alternate outfits from different book themes, what book would you like to see become a banner of units? Sort of like a seasonal, but feh book?
Lumera in Light and Veyle in Astra, you can slot in their fallen versions too depending on the season, A!Micaiah with BoL4 for the Healing and Exposure debuff is 40 extra dmg with Alear's brave attacks, Micaiah likes the Bonded effect even better if you give her Celica for activating Alear's flat DR.
For NFU support some great options are Ashera, A!Azura, or any of the fairy dancers with Inf.Spd Tactic especially S!Mirabilis who can give her Bonus Doubler.
Alear is the best unit. Goldmary is the most unique because of her aura debuff. Petra is an unnecessary wind tribe claude sidegrade. None of these units are super good.
I forgot this banner existed for awhile. Still a bunch of forgettables with a rapidly approaching expiration date, unless that unit is the powercreep with zero balance called Emblem units.
I finally got to feed my normal tiki good skills with the random 2nd goldmary, but my arena core nel still lacking a tier 4 b skill gives me small amounts of second guessing myself...
