SUMMER INSHORE REEF CATCH & COOK: Spanish Mack Ceviche, Sheepshead, Spadefish 

Summer fun! Carolina reefs are certainly in aquarium mode at this point and the fishing is downright awesome. Sheepshead, flounder, redfish, spadefish, spanish macks, and an assortment of other fish are available this time of year.
Worked my way to some inshore structure and picked a pair of spanish macks on a crippled herring. Then I switched up to the bottom sweeper jigs and went one for two on what I suspect were Sheepshead. On the way in some spadefish were surface blitzing and we rounded out the day with a bunch of those things.
