Thanks for sharing. Up North in the river I fish it has been a challenge to keep the fish caught, clipped versus unclipped Kings. It is currently about 80% unclipped...

how far are you from the ocean; I'm up north in british columbia currently. we use soft beads for kings...you don't like bead? thx

I’ve been using bobber down techniques several years now both on coho and kings. Never had any luck!

So nice meeting you today !!! I don’t think anybody caught a salmon. I don’t know if you had any luck. I hope we didn’t invade your space too much but we did get flounders and had fish tacos tonight.

Nope. The Green that flows into the N.F.Toutle is a steeper gradient, plus you don't see the big trees that you would fishing the Green. I've never caught summer kings there, just summer steelhead. These fish aren't far from tidewater, as the water is slow and you don't see any big trees. I've said enough, but that is my mind's process in guessing where someone is fishing.
