My neighbors ask the same questions. I'm new to our HOA hood but have one of the better and biggest lots.... 27k sq feet of lawn. I use a push mower, Honda and its low is 2 inches but the yard with Doc's help looks great! By the way I have a riding mower as well. I don't like the way it leaves the yard looking after a cut. I like the exercise as well. My yard being newer is compacted so I'm workin on that as well as adding organics due to it being nothin but clay. It's funny how many of my neighbors swear by Bermuda having to be left long (over 5 to 8 in.) When I moved in and started listening to Doc, cutting it short they would all come by and tell me how it was a longer grass and wouldn't do well cut short?! Now lots of them cut shorter.

Jim, how long did it take for it to arrive once you purchased? I have been debating buying the 25" McLane also and making the leap from rotary to reel. Can you share your experience and comment on how it has worked for you and your lawn?

In Arizona u have this awesome brown grass called dirt just water it once a year fertilize once every ten years and if you want it to be green stain it with yard marker super green

Somewhat... just cut the rate of PGF to HALF the bag rate and make sure you can irrigate. Typicality we don't fert cool season lawns in the heat.

He doesn't mess with cool season grass at all. Check out gci turf channel he is the man for cool season stuff and very helpful

most of our lawns are half cool season half bermuda, his schedule has been working fairly well for me (also nashville) just don't cut too short

Not really... it's just a matter of watering the lawn which is a pain in dry areas.

Just make sure you do the night time water in process. I have not seen an increase in bugs other than the normal hot humid increase we get each year.

There should be enough naturally in the thatch and soil now that the temps are up.

I have had ZERO issues on the lawn. Someone put some in some potted plants and had an issue but you're not supposed to do that anyways. It has to break down for plants.

How To with Doc sounds, I’m doing pgfc and sup juice and humichar..... will add organic material to the set. Also.... is it ok to mow one day and fertilize the next ? We have a baby and long stretches in the yard are difficult ....

You really don't have a choice.... bermuda might get burned back a little but it will recover.

If you're not seeing results do the same treat in the video right away.

How To with Doc thank you. I’ve been using your techniques on my new sod in South Carolina and it’s working great so far! We have TERRIBLE hard clay here and one bag of humichar so far has made visible changes in the top soil already. My lawn is the nicest in the neighborhood.

If your lawn is fairly healthy and thick and the temps are warm... no need at this time.

It rains all the time at night.... and no fungus. That "statement" or thought is really for your CONSTANT watering schedule. This is a "special" watering to keep everything damp at night for the products applied. Same is true for the DUOCIDE insect granules when army worms hit. We water at night so it remains wet and active. A LONG TERM water schedule at night is NOT good. A once in while watering event is actually natural.
