Let's make some of my favorite Summer Slow Cooker Dinners! When it's 80+ degrees outside, I look for any way possible to not turn on my oven and heat up the house any more. The best solution? The slow cooker! Today we are making Meatball Parmesan Sandwiches, Sesame Chicken, BBQ Beef Brisket, Cajun Chicken Alfredo, and Meatloaf with Garlicky Potatoes and Carrots. Happy Summer!

I have Arthritis and I am unable to stand long enough to cook a full meal. All these recipes are great. Keep them coming!!!

These all look soooo delicious! One of my husband's favorites is meatball parm so I'm especially interested in that one and also the Cajun Chicken Alfredo sounds like an interesting twist on a classic recipe. 😋😋

You read my mind. I was just thinking I need to look up some slow cooker recipes because it's hot here in Arizona (over 100 already!) and I don't like heating up the house with the oven.

Oh thank you so much!! They are definitely delicious even without, I have some family members that aren't fans of onion so I often leave it out of my meatballs and meatloaf!! 🥰💕💕
