Maria you look so much happier and I know your health is improving so the focus on yourself has been a huge win. Loved all of the tips and product suggestions. I used to use Living Proof products but switched to Michael Van Clarke. My fine hair has thanked me for it. I’m going to have a look at the Clarins product. A therapy I could personally recommend is lymphatic drainage massage. Made me feel fantastic and I couldn’t believe my trousers felt looser after just one session. Xx

Thanks Maria you know many of us so well 😂.. and certainly give me confidence and some great ideas to try out. Self care and being ourselves rather than constantly comparing ourselves with other people (most of whom will have similar doubts as we all do despite what we might be thinking!) is so important but having you on 'our side' is so very much appreciated. Thank you so much. I dread revealing my arms and legs during the Summer months. I'm going to try the Clarins body cream on my upper arms. A new lipstick's an instant lift and doesn't break the bank. I've just ordered both.

Wonderful! Look for some light layers to wear on top a kimono jacket or fine linen knit works well over a vest top and are both pieces I use 👍

Hey Maria. Thanks for this - a useful vid ineed. I too use the Nudestix blushers and love them. However I do find they break very easily and the blusher part gets stuck in the top - have you found that? Probably just me!

At 50 there is no problem in buying clothes. Get to 70 and over and there is no help at all. No clothes in the shops, they are either too short or too long

It’s so frustrating. I think retailers think when you are over 60 you should be wearing matronly clothes. Not me!

I do a wardrobe switch-around for each of the four seasons, plus I have a small core of year-round items. My spring wardrobe is in good shape, but I’m afraid that when I try on my summer clothes, everything will be too big again, because I keep losing weight. I have so many beautiful linen clothes, I don’t want to get rid of anything! My climate has hot summers, and linen is the best fabric for me, but there are not as many linen styles available as in other fabrics. I’ve been looking for a navy linen dress that isn’t shapeless, for example, for years. (I think the weight loss is from aging, I’m 64, and I’m certainly not trying to lose weight).
