Going to be 90+ degrees in my area all week not much rain in forecast. Got 1and1/2" rain last night. Was going to mow Sunday. Nope, not going to do it. My tall fescue just got the lush green look with water, micro's, sea kelp, hydretain and humic. Your advice is spot on. If I cut it now, it's not worth the tire tracks. Going long and little shaggy.

Hi polo so far I’m trying to stay ahead of the different diseases that come into your lawn so far I haven’t had any problems just some weeds here and I’m working on that now
Nice video and great advice. I’m at 4 and put down one treatment with Scott’s. Next will be the Bauer spray treatment. I find a double dose of these does the trick, both have different ingredients and attack different fungus and rot. Plus I would suggest sharpen those blades
Keep it up for now Grace. You can lower it back down in a couple months. Us cool season people are just trying to make it through the summer and most times a higher cut helps out tremendously
So it's OK to mow a lawn with dew because my lawn shows like there was a real light rain and also I thought it is bad for the mower blades and grass . But if I decide to mow in the evening how late are you talking about. I'm guessing when the temperature is much cooler than noon temperature.
