I tried a flatbread recipe the traditional way that included yogurt within the recipe. I love that recipe. It wasn't like cardboard, maybe because I placed it on my cast iron skillet. Also I was doing a simple flatbread without the toppings. But I placed herb garlic butter immediately after taking it out the skillet.
@@alyssad1661 Google Saransh Goila's Butter Chicken (with Roti, Chutney, and Pickled Onions) It's one of the best! The same dish also featured in Masterchef Australia in season 10.
I don't think laura was talking about that kind of flat bread to be honest, shes talking about flatbread that needs to be crispy. I love roti but if it's too crispy, it'll be too hard to eat with all our other food
This looks so good. I guess if you don’t have a stand mixer you just have to kneeled the hell out of it the old fashioned way? I’m not really a baker or dough maker, but this recipe makes me want to give it a go.

Got any facassio bread recipes with onion and basil? I used to buy this amazing soft facassio onion and basil bread. Trader Joe's discontinued it. Stupid move because it tasted do good because it made a great appetizer bread.
