for some reason they expected him to be weakened by the transfer, maybe they just got lucky and the summoning ritual only picked from places where they wouldve been asleep at the time or otherwise occupied until him
it's possible they just got really lucky every time before with how many people would be occupied somehow and more unprepared than him at any one time in the world

They're both are slave to a man, even if they did it, one needs to be the master, which i think have to not be from the slaves, so i think it's impossible, anyway I'm not really certain about it
How does slavery collars even work if you just need to do a blood pact to get out of it? Apparently blood pacts are common enough knowledge that the MC not knowing about them is sus enough that it contributed to them concluding that he is from another world all together. That means it is very common knowledge.

Most people in modern society know about computers, and if you walked into someone who had no idea what a computer was that would be pretty odd and kinda suspicious, but that doesn't mean most people actually know how to build a computer or use its more advanced features. That's the equivalent for magic in this world.
