Apartments are there for people to live in and not as objects of speculation! Although capitalist elements have mixed into Chinese society, the socialist core and socialist philosophy have remained the same.

Because I am an utter nerd I will give you the answer. Some operas: search for "Sister Jiang" 江姐, there's a full version on RU-vid by the National Centre for Performing Arts. The full version of the "Long March Cantata" 长征组歌can also be found. There's also "Red Coral" 红珊瑚 which you won't find on RU-vid but there's excerpts like Ode to Coral.
