* Notes from my Dermatologist about sunscreen:
There are only 2 kinds of sun screens: Mineral (physical) and chemical. Mineral screens outperform chemical screens. They are Zinc oxide and Titanium Dioxide. All others (oxybenzone, avobenzone, octinoxate, octrylene etc are chemicals). Mineral sun screens can block not only UVB, but also UVA (which go deeper into the
skin than UVB). Good brands: ELTA MD, Coola, Blue lizard, TiZo/Coatz, Laroche Mineral Zinc Oxide Anthelios
