Ms Peggy, I would like to share a fast and tasty fish with and it goes with everything. It was a craze during the mid eighties. Here goes: 1 bag of hashbrown potatoes, southern style with green peppers and onions or the plain bag. Make sure the frozen potatoes are THAWED. Now for the sauce: 2 cans cream of chicken soup. 16 oz container sour cream. 1/2 stick butter. Sharp or mild cheddar cheese. Mix soup, sour cream, butter, and cheese together. Pour over THAWED potatoes and blend in. May have to use your hands to mix it well. Put in a buttered 9x13 pan and bake @350 for about an hour. The last 15min put under the broiler to brown the top. You can reserve some of the cheese to sprinkle on top. I usually buy 2 bags of cheese. Try it, I think you will love it. I love grd turkey...to make turkey burgers I add stuffing mix.good. Taco meat made with grd turkey is better in flavor and texture. What time did u say your meal will be ready.im starving for a meal like this
I made turkey burgers at nursing home like this.i put the dry stuffing through the food processor.andvadded a dab of milk or water.these turned out really good
